Do you ever feel like you’re swamped and don’t have time?
Sometimes we feel so busy I don’t even take the 15 seconds to tie my shoes, sometimes it works out and nothing happens other times you trip and fall and you end up spending way more time getting back up or recovering from a twisted ankle than you would have spent if you just tied your shoes in the first place! .
We spend most of our lives thinking we are to busy for ourselves and cut corners when it comes to our health. We take the road that’s easy and convenient. .
Where does that leave us? Unhappy, overweight, with medical problems we might have been able to prevent or at least reduce the severity of and a bad attitude. .
It’s going take a lot longer and going to be a lot harder to recover when you’ve dug yourself into a hole. .
So I got home and got to work on my cardio and Abbs... I don't enjoy running but I don't enjoy been fat and lazy.. So I do somthing about it... Its not EASY... nothing worth it is EASY. ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOU.

“Never let yourself get too comfortable. Seek challenges, push yourself and ignore what others think.” Rings are a little intimidating. When was the last time you jumped up on the monkey bars at your kid’s school and flipped upside down? Probably a few times or maybe never. If you’ve never tried it and, I’m guessing, you’re scared and unsure of if you can do it and if you can then get down without making a scene; I’m here to tell you that you most certainly can do it and you totally should! If I was able to do it from my first try, then surely you can do it too!
It was my first time trying the inversion on the rings. I never thought i could do something like that until I tried it. My training is functional and weight lifting, yet I never tried to challenge myself this far thinking I didn’t reach the strength goal in my training to be able to achieve things like that. Strong abdominals, internal and external obliques, upper and lower back are essential for inversions ... along with a courageous spirit. The feeling of blood running into your head feels odd, but the more you last the more you feel relaxed. Inversion on the rings can help conquer a fear of being off-the-ground and upside down, improve shoulder mobility (which helped my shoulder pain), mental clarity, rest the heart, reduce muscle tension, relieve back pain, and align the spine.
Part of the challenge of the rings (besides just getting yourself inverted) is staying in control, staying contracted through your core, and understanding tensional strength. It’s fun, it’s different, and it’s a world you are really missing out on!
