“A little adventure before eloping...” While this styled shoot, it's a story and an idea that we want you to visualize, the love behind these pictures is very real and honest.
The most important thing in these pictures is the couple and their love behind this styled shoot. Estelle and Kelvin are a real couple, she is Korean, and Kelvin is Puerto Rican. They met in South Korea in the most fortunate way. They truly have a story like no other.
They were briefly living in Puerto Rico when we met them through a photoshoot for Estelle’s parents. (We will show you more about that shoot soon!) As soon as we met Estelle and Kelvin, we immediately knew we wanted to capture their love.
This experience of photographing them had us in awe and gratitude to meet such authentic humans. They are so unique, they have the most honest hearts, and we are beyond grateful for them. We created such a beautiful bond during the course of shooting these pictures, we laughed so hard for the silliest things and had the most profound conversations.
We are thankful for photography because it has been a bridge that connects us with other souls, that someday where just someone behind a simple email, but we now call friends. We are always drawn to honest people that live a loving life. Wherever there is heart, honesty, and joy, we will go.

WHY A WEDDING VIDEO IS ESSENTIAL.
Budgets don’t always allow every single bride to get everything she wants for her special day. I even made the personal decision to buy a cheaper dress so I could have a bouncy house at my wedding 🤷🏼♀️ #priorities hahaha. But the point is, budget cuts are part of planning, and sometimes you have to cut out things you don’t want to. .

Many people look at a video as an unnecessary “extra”, but let me tell you why they are wrong: photo and video are the only thing that you will walk away with to remember your day, and what does the pretty dress, flowers, and decorations matter if you can’t remember what they even looked like??

I think most people understand why photo is soooooo important but don’t apply the same logic to their wedding video. But it’s the same reason as to why FaceTime (and photos) is better than writing letters back and forth! You get to really see what happened. The tears on the grooms face when he sees his bride for the first time, the look of awe and love on everyone’s face as the bride walks down the aisle, and the expressions on both your faces as you say I do to a life together. AND you can see it unfold as it truly happened on film. .

Nothing else can capture those moments as realistic and true to the moment as video can. Investing in a high quality video is the same as investing in keeping your memories preserved for years to come. Budgets are hard, but I promise no one EVER regrets paying good money to receive high quality memories in return. That’s my two cents 💕
