Avocado Banana Bread 💚🥑🍞 Full Recipe:⠀
Ingredients
For the egg replacer: 
½ cup of water + 2 flax meal. Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes.⠀
⠀
For the dry ingredients:⠀
1 cup of gluten free all-purpose flour⠀
½ cup gluten-free oats⠀
½ cup cocoa powder⠀
1 tsp. baking powder⠀
½ tsp. salt⠀
½ tsp. cinnamon⠀
Process all the dry ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.⠀
⠀
For the wet ingredients;⠀
Add 3 ripe bananas, ⠀
1 ripe avocado, ⠀
1 cup of coconut sugar, ⠀
1 tsp of vanilla extract⠀
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Now add the egg replacer you made earlier. Mix well and add ½ cup of vegan chocolate chips.⠀
Spray your loaf pan with non-stick spray or add parchment paper.⠀
Add more vegan chocolate chip as desired.⠀
Bake 350F for 1 hour. Let cool and enjoy!

  • I was going to make corn chowder, but ended up making a red lentil curry concoction with corn in it instead lol. I don’t have a lot of groceries in the house right now, so just decided to throw together some things I have in my instant pot. I’ll take the leftovers to work the next 2 days!

So what’s everyone’s weekend plans? I’m going to work this morning, then I’m going to come home and get some homework done and wash my dogs because boyyy do they need it 😂 then tomorrow I’m doing a massive clean out of my room because I’ll be redecorating it really soon! Super productive weekend for me :)

  • Yo creo que no hay nadie en el mundo que no haya comido hummus, pero puede haber algún despistado, que no sabe lo facilísimo que es de hacer en casa y sigue comprándolo en el súper. 
Su sabor no tiene ni punto de comparación y además es mucho más barato. Toma nota: 🌵 200 gr de garbanzo cocido
🌵 2 cdas de aceite de oliva
🌵 1 cda de tahini (pasta de sésamo)
🌵 1/2 cdta de comino
🌵 1/2 cdta de pimentón
🌵 1/2 cdta de sal
🌵 El zumo de medio limón

Pones todo en la batidora y listo!!! ¿Puede ser más fácil?

Puedes comerlo con tostadas, con palitos de calabacín, pimiento, zanahoria,  apio, puedes hacer un sándwich, como base de una pizza en lugar de poner tomate... El garbanzo es una de las legumbres más completas, con todos los aminoácidos, fibra, vitaminas (sobre todo ácido fólico), minerales fundamentales  como potasio, hierro, calcio, magnesio, fósforo, zinc...grasas saludables, en especial lecitina (que ayuda a bajar el colesterol y los triglicéridos).

🌵 Cuando las verduras están pochadas añades las especias (a lo loco, todas las que te gusten). Das un par de minutos y añades también agua, medio vaso.
🌵 Ahora es el momento del brócoli, que es más rico si está al dente y los bocaditos de Heura.
🌵 Esperas cinco minutos con la tapa puesta y apagas el fuego.
🌵 Cuelas los noodles y los pones en la base del plato, añades todo el guiso y, por encima, levadura nutricional.

Créeme, un espectáculo de sabores!!!

If you know me personally, you know just how hard I am on her about her education and even teaching her to read at 6 months old...you know what that 'B' means to me!😂

As a parent I couldn't be more proud of this little-big girl.

I love you more than ANYTHING on this planet. I'll always have your back and pour my all into you! Now let's show 3rd grade just what Sanaa came to do!
