Recipe: 1 lb cauliflower small florets, 1 can of chickpeas drained, rinsed, & dried, 1 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, coriander, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, ginger powder, black pepper, 1/8 tsp of cayenne, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup non dairy plain yogurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tbl of fresh dill ( sub dried dill weed to taste), 1 mini cucumber grated with water squeezed out using kitchen towel, s/p to taste

1️⃣ In a medium bowl combine chickpeas & cauliflower.
2️⃣ In a small bowl combine spices, oil, and lemon mix well
3️⃣ Pour mix over veggies till everything is coated
4️⃣ On a parchment lined large baking sheet, roast chickpeas & cauliflower at 425 F for 25-30 Rotating and flipping half way through
6️⃣ Meanwhile, make tzatziki sauce, combine all ingredients, mix well
7️⃣ Wrap up in your favorite wrap style bread (sara used pita) drizzle with tzatziki sauce. you can also add pickled red onions, cucumbers, pickles, hummus, & some parsley. Enjoy!

Recipe (yields ~6 servings)⁣⁣
Ingredients:⁣⁣
~ 2 cups of glutinous rice (rinse until water turns clear, and soak overnight, then drain well)⁣⁣
~ 1/2 cup roasted chestnut⁣⁣
~ 1/4 cup sliced Chinese/Shiitake mushrooms⁣⁣
~ 7-8 shallots, finely sliced⁣⁣
~ 2 teaspoons sesame oil⁣⁣
~ oil, salt to taste⁣⁣
~ chopped scallion & fried shallots⁣⁣
~ water⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🍃Sauce: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine, 1 tablespoon organic sugar, 2 teaspoons stir fry sauce (optional), 1-1.5 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✔️In a heated non-stick pan with 2 teaspoons oil, sauté shallots until fragrant, then add mushrooms & continue to cook until mushrooms turn light brown. Add sauce & continue to sauté & drizzle with sesame oil. Turn off heat. ⁣⁣
✔️Place drained glutinous rice in a pyrex bowl & add 1 cup + 1/3 cup water. Then, spread mushrooms mixture on top and add chestnut. Steam rice in high heat for 30-35 minutes. Using a chopstick/fork, fluff rice by mixing mushrooms mixture until well combined. Season if needed (added few drizzle of dark soy sauce for color😁). Close lid and steam for another 20-25 minutes. (Be sure you have enough water for steaming). ✔️Turn off heat & let cool a little, top with fried shallots & chopped scallions before serving. I paired it with some sautéd bok choy.

Balsamic Glaze Stir Fry
1 can chickpeas 
1 small head of broccoli cut into florets
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 small red onion, diced
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch fresh ginger, minced 
1/2 tsp dry thyme
Pinch of cornstarch

In a small bowl combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, coconut aminos and corn starch. In a pan start by sautéing onions and mushrooms until onions are softened. Add in chickpeas, broccoli and water, then cover pan and allow to steam for about 4 minutes or until broccoli is bright green. Remove lid then add garlic, ginger and thyme and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add sauce and sauté until sauce thickens and coats veggies and chickpeas. Serve with grain of choice (I chose quinoa).

2 servings noodles or pasta of your choice
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
3 tbsp tamari
3 tsp rice vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp miso paste
2-3 tbsp water
2 tsp cornflour
Cook the noodles according to packaging instructions. Meanwhile, add the onion, garlic and ginger to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Prepare the sauce by stirring together the tamari, rice vinegar, lime juice, miso paste, water and cornflour. When the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse them, and transfer to the frying pan together with the sauce. Stir over a medium heat for around 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Czasem zapominamy po co tak naprawdę trenujemy⁉️ 👉Na nic Ci wielkie i wyrzeźbione mięśnie przy niskim poziomie tkanki tłuszczowej jeśli 🐢 żółw w terrarium ma większą sprawność i mobilność niż Twoja.😅 👉Piękna sylwetka to cel wielu z nas, ale to co ja chce przekazać moim podopiecznym to to, że w pierwszej kolejności ważna jest sprawność ruchowa. Bez niej prędzej nabawisz się poważnej kontuzji niż osiągniesz wyniki. 👉 Rozciąganie ma wiele zalet. 😍W pierwszej kolejności zwiększa zakres ruchów poprzez zmniejszenie zesztywnienia tkanki. Nie śpiesz się z tym. To przychodzi z czasem. Musisz jednak robić to prawidłowo i systematycznie.

Ja osobiście polecam rozciąganie z rana , bądź też po skończonym treningu ‼️

  • Let's see, today’s soup is ACCIDENTAL SMOKED pumpkin lentil soup. I accidentally burned my soup for a bit because I kind put too much quinoa/lentil and not stirring as frequent. It turned out to be quite good! As for why my soup is red in color instead of yellow was because I do not like very sweet soup so I add tomato to balance it out!

Ingredients
Pumpkin, cashew nut, green and red lentil, quinoa, carrot, mushroom, corn and tomato puree.

Seasoning
Paprika powder, turmeric powder, mixed herb, bays leave, salt and black pepper

A few months ago I 🙏🏼 by for a new opportunity, something to take me out of my comfort zone.
Well 2 weeks later my friend talk to me about the company.. not going to lie, in the beginning like many ppl I said no because “I didn’t have enough ⏰ or 💵 to do it”.. well let me tell you that I regret not starting sooner, but it’s better not than Never! .

I been blessed to be part of a community of men and women with the same goal, focus, drive and passion to help people achieve their dreams/vision. .💎
These past months I have learned to be more patient, to believe more in myself, to motivate others, to get out of my comfort zone, to be consistent and #grateful.

If you are waiting to see a change in your life You need to be courageous and do whatever it takes to make it happen. It’s not always peaches and cream but I’ll guarantee you something 1-3 years from now you will be thanking yourself for stepping out of that comfort zone.
