Since I'm pregnant I'm eating whole grain food as much as possible. It's just nourishing & so good for baby and me 😊
Um yes. I'm still having a cold 😂 however, I feel like it's getting better since everything is coming out 😂✌️
One of them is topped with tahin, tomato & red onion.
The other is topped with avocado & red onion.
Both of em got garlic powder & salt.
Aaand I enjoyed it with cashew nuts & a cold cacao.

  • Just popping in to talk about the magic of FRUIT🍒 I find so many people to be afraid of eating fruit and feeling they should limit their fruit intake to not have too much sugar. There is a definite fear of carbs and fruit making you fat.

  • Seeing our baby at 20 weeks on the ultrasound screen was a truly mesmerising experience!!! The sonographer was super thorough, talking us through every organ, every cross section, every part of the little masterpiece happening inside my belly.

Seeing that foot is what made Alex @a_r_b_o_r  go “oh wow, there’s a little person in there that we made!” 🥰

Happy to say that we're growing a very healthy-looking, plant-powered little Nugget 💚💚💚 Built on mostly hummus, green smoothies, oranges, porridge, buddha bowls, dark choc & the occasional slice of vegan pizza 😂

My bump seems to have doubled since crossing the half-way mark! Loving belly rubs and dressing in ways that accentuate my new shape 😍

Over the weekend the tiny bubbly flutterings turned into PROPER kicks. I don't know what was going on it there, but it felt like someone was enjoying a full-power aerobics session, complete with flips, high-kicks and jabs...just as I was about to fall asleep 🙄😂🤗 Currently feeling like this little creature is going to be a ball of energy!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ ......It's going to be a mad-house! 🤣🤣

  • Been craving a good veggie burger and finally caved today! Holy yum 😋I’ve made this recipe before from @itdoesnttastelikechicken , but I changed a few things. First I halved everything because it makes so many (I made 6 today and had to freeze some), took out the garlic and onion and used garlic and onion powder since by blender didn’t get them all chopped last time (chunks of garlic in your burger 👎🏻) and I still used a whole can of black beans to make it thicker since they were being grilled. No falling between the grill grates with these babies! Pregnancy craving satisfied 😊 #veggieburger #veganburger #veganpregnancyfood #pregnancycravings

Sooo unnötig 🙈 ich mein ganz ehrlich:
Warum sollte man, wenn es auch ohne geht?
Ich esse jeden Tag einen #foodporn nach dem anderen.
Meine Werte sind absolut im Normalbereich, wenn nicht sogar richtig richtig gut (Cholesterin z.B.)
Ich sage mit Selbstbewusstsein, wissenschaftlich fundiertem Wissen & Verantwortung: unser Baby bekommt schon in meinem Bauch ausschließlich pfanzliche Produkte & es wächst und gedeiht & es hat mich noch nicht einer(ob Ärzte oder Hebammen) darauf angesprochen, dass diese Ernährung schlecht ist für unser Baby. Im Gegenteil.
Ich bin nicht besser oder schlechter als jede andere heranwachsende Mama oder auch Mama die nuuur das BESTE will für ihr Baby. 
Ich möchte nur zeigen: hey. 
Es ist machbar.
Es ist unkompliziert.
Es ist leicht.
