The garlic sauce comes together quickly, can be made ahead and tastes just like the restaurants 😍 As always, feel free to switch up the veggies or add a protein of choice (we added chicken for the the rest of my crew) 👌..

Chipotle jackfruit burrito bowl for lunch with shredded jackfruit tossed in @sietefoods chipotle sauce, black beans, roasted corn, red cabbage, spinach, avocado and homemade pico de gallo. If you haven’t tried jackfruit yet I recommend that you do! It’s a great replacement for meat, absorbs flavors well and is high in fiber. I absolutely love it! Hope you’re having a great day.

BURGER NIGHT! 🤩🍔

Dinner tonight was this beauty! This was a sweet chilli & lime burger from Musclefood and they are my absolute faveeee. Just whacked it on the George foreman for 8 minutes and it was done 🕺. Super hassle free meal and a rather healthy fakeaway, whilst still getting ya burger fix 😎🤟🏼
So on the plate we have:
▫️ Uno @musclefooduk chicken burger (link in bio for discount)
▫️ Toasted roll
▫️ Homemade sliced potatoes seasoned with oil, salt, pepper & thyme
▫️ Broccs and some roasted paprika & bbq sauce cauliflower that I prepped up today
🥫 And ofc ketchup alllll over
DERLISH ✨. Let us all hope & pray that my leg DOMS recover by tomorrow because I really want to go to the gym in the morn but I’m still in so much pain 😂. I’m banking on the burger and ice cream that is about to be eaten to go some way towards the repair...

Buenas noches 😘 te dejo tu tazón para la cena porque no quiero compartir el mío 😁 perdona es que quedó super rica, reconfortante y sabes que? Si tus hijos no comen verdes esta es una buena manera ya verás 🥰. . .
Simplemente en una olla grande coloca cebolla, ajoporro (puerro)y ajo con un chorritin de aceite de oliva, cocina un poco y agrega espárragos cortados en pedazos pequeños, coliflor y espinacas 🍃. .
Coloca caldo o agua solo hasta cubrir, sal, pimienta y cocina a baja temperatura hasta que los espárragos estén suaves. . .
Pasa todo a la licuadora y luego cuando devuelvas la crema a la olla agrega unas ramas de cilantro y tapa para que repose. . .

A day of fully vegan, MOSTLY whole food meals and snacks for my three year old (swipe right)!🌈💙💕✨ Usually we get more greens veggies in than this, but every day is different! 🌱
💖Before breakfast she had a fresh watermelon juice. .
💚Breakfast was oatmeal sweetened with blended dates with cashews, flax seed meal, and spirulina for coloring. (See two posts before for an upclose), raw brownie (dates, walnuts, cacao) with a frosting of cashews, dates, and cacao. Apples and raspberries. .
🧡Lunch is a bunny made of almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut milk. With strawberries, a banana slice, and blueberries. Also carrots and cucumber. .
❤️Snacks were more strawberries (she requested), and a fudge pop made of avocado, coconut cream, dates, cacao and vanilla. .
💛Dinner is a grilled cheese on sprouted flax bread with cashew cheeze. With tomatoes, air fried sweet potato, and mango. .
If you want to know how any of these things were made, just ask! 💞
Whisk together yogurt and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and place in a colander fitted with cheesecloth. Tie the cheesecloth together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from fridge, drain the liquid at the bottom of the bowl, and transfer thickened yogurt to a bowl. In a food processor, puree garlic, herbs, strained yogurt, remaining lemon juice, and olive oil. Season to taste, and serve with fresh #veggies to #dip .
Arroz de coliflor (Ajusta a tus porciones)
•2 tazas de coliflor entero o 1 taza y media de bits de coliflor •Pechuga de pollo en trozos
•1 zanahoria en cuadritos •Salsa de soya baja en sodio •1/4 aguacate •Sal y pimienta
Procedimiento -Desinfecta la coliflor y lleva al procesador o licuadora hasta obtener bits -Pásalos a un sartén, añade la zanahoria y cocina hasta que cambie a un color “amarillo” -Por otro lado cocina el pollo en trocitos

Lunch yesterday was this yummy plate of avo toast with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning, tofu with sesame gochujang from @milkimchi and sautéed spinach 😋
I used up all the gochujang and I’m sad bc it tasted so good but also very excited bc I can buy another flavor so watch out for tofu next week 😉

Don't know what to do with leftovers? Make a chicken salad! Try to include different color veggies (zucchini, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes) and a touch of healthy fats (pumpkin seeds) alongside your protein. This salad can be reproduced with salmon, any white fish, turkey or tofu!

I am sorry I didn’t understand what you meant when you said your kid was a “picky eater”. I never knew what that meant until Miles came around and he is
P-I-C-K-Y!! There are maybe 10 foods he will eat and we constantly trying new things. It’s stressful for sure but we are trying. .
That’s why I love the fact he loves our chocolate veggie shakes! About 5 days a week I give him his shakey and he goes crazy for it. When he hears the blender going he will run in and say “ME ME!” And gets mad when it’s not his. It has allowed me to fill in gaps in his nutrition and know he is getting a serving of veggies, amino acids, healthy fats, healthy grains, fruits, pro and prebiotics and other essential nutrients.
I give him 1/3 of a scoop/packet, fill his sippy with ice, water and milk for measurements then add to our #ninjablender and blend for 30 seconds. .
He is healthy, strong and I showed his pediatrician it and he approved! So if you have a picky eater like me and worry about their healthy food intake give it a try! It also helps with BM’s. 💩 and helps them to be normal!
