Lower Falls in the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. There are several ways to see it, including one close up right next to where it flows over the edge. That experience does require an effort, but is so worth it.
Home is kinda just where we park it🚘 We trolled the Old Town Trail in Cody Wyoming this past summer and fell in love with this adorable, western town. What we saw was history of gorgeous landscapes, small town folk and lots of sage brush! The vibes that resonate within this town take me back to when we had little technology and bring me a sense that it was more of a simple life back then. And the folk I talk about, they were kind, the friendly type that would chat it up! The places we rested our heads, in the hotels of this small town were cute, and very cheap, and definitely made you feel like you're in Cody Wyoming.
Every cell in the human body is replaced every seven years. What’s not automatically being replaced? Your thoughts. Generally we protect our mind and our way of thinking. What would our lives be like if we also worked on establishing a more conscious way of thought?

Early morning right as the sun was rising and the moon was setting. It was just beautiful to capture that first sunlight touching the top of Mt Moran and making it glow orange. The moon just added that extra dramatic element.
I’m going to be giving away a free 8x10 metal print pretty soon so stay tuned for that.
Thanks for your support everyone.
We almost didn't get up for a sunrise shoot on our last day in the Grand Tetons because we knew skies were supposed to be clear and we were really tired after non-stop shooting and driving so far in the days prior. Knowing we would regret it if we found out the morning was epic, we went ahead and got up well before daybreak to head out in temperatures below zero. So glad we did as we definitely would have missed out! With hoarfrost glistening on the landscape, fog swirling around Mt. Moran and ducks and geese swimming in the water's rising mist, daybreak was serene. With only a couple of people nearby everything was very peaceful as we watched the light sweep over the mountains. Peaceful until a woman leading three vans full of workshop students stampeded the shoreline screaming at the top of her lungs that the light was still good (she got them there late ... in my humble opinion) and for everyone to quickly get set up. As the people swarmed around us and the screaming continued our tranquil peace was over and we moved on. Hate that some people have to ruin things for those who are trying to enjoy the solitude but so glad she was late showing up and that we had the most important time, and light, to ourselves with others who appreciated the experience. It was a great end to our time in the Grand Tetons! #grandtetonnationalpark#grandtetons#nationalparks#landscapephotography#reflection#sunrise#visitwyoming#nationalparkgeek#southwest#roadtrip#mountains#mountainscapes#westbysouthwest#jacksonwyoming#jacksonhole
