I don’t know about you, but my favourite way to celebrate is with good food 😊. I made this bowl a few days ago - it’s rice with tempeh and broccoli in red braising sauce. The recipe for this is on my blog 😊. I’ll link it as usual and if you’re not sure what tempeh is or how to cook it, I wrote a blog post about it yesterday. I’ll also link in my stories.

They were one of the firsts to take a chance on me, believe in my vision, and welcome Voda Health with open arms into their incredible establishment and community of individuals.

Almost ✌️ years ago I had this crazy idea to leave primary care practice, and start something of my own. Medicine and healing I understood... but business? Not a lick. I knew I wanted to provide care that had the most profound impact with the fastest results on my patients' health, but I also wanted to help more people than just those who had access to naturopathic medical care. Being in the confines of a clinic wasn't the answer for me. 🤷‍♀️

Almost 2️⃣ years ago, I walked into Flywheel Sports in South Lake Union to present my business idea without knowing a soul and asked to speak with the manager. Turns out the woman was the ultimate badass and she loved my concept. So we decided on a one month trial to see how it went.

Fast forward and here we are today. Almost 2️⃣ years of waking up at 4am every single Friday morning, almost 2️⃣ years of serving the #FlyFam of #Seattle, and almost 2️⃣ years of endless support and love from my community. You have all inspired me so deeply, thank you for letting me serve you.

  • I love my bowls of curry, and even though you may not believe that I exist solely off of them 😜, I really don’t. I also enjoy eating big bowls of salad like this one.

It has baby leaf salad, 🥒, 🍅, 🥑, 🥦, peas, pan ‘fried’ tofu (oil free), nutritional yeast and French dressing. I think it’s a great way to get in lots of micronutrients and of course very delicious.

Keratosis pilaris is a very common, harmless condition where small bumps appear on your skin. It can last for a long time, but there are things that may improve your skin. 
The bumps can be red, white, skin-toned or darker than your skin.

The skin can sometimes feel itchy, and may be better in summer and worse in winter.

Most people with keratosis pilaris have it for years, and it may eventually clear up by itself. Until it does, there are things you can do to help improve the appearance of your skin.

Moisturise your skin – ask a pharmacist what's most suitable for you. Use mild and unperfumed soaps and bathing products gently scrub your skin with a washcloth or exfoliating mitt and have cool or lukewarm showers and baths. Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it after washing.

Keratosis pilaris isn't infectious, so you can't spread or catch it.

Do check yourselves and your children’s body.

In the morning i attended workshops at @vasutra.india, and in the evening attended holistic nutritionist @down2hearth vinita contractors talk on why deficiencies of D3 and B 12 are so prevalent at @thefarmersstore.I met vinita through Rajni, who is one of the organisers of the vegan festival in India, the one earth festival, a wonderful introduction to the vegan community, where you can meet a great bunch of really diverse people.🍃

Ich habe im März die Hyaluronkapseln von Skin Glow Komplex von @amz_produkttester_de zum testen bekommen 🌷

Hyaluronsäure mit Zink, Vitamin C und Vitamin B12, es ist ein Nahrungsergönzungsmittel 🌷 frei von Süßstoffen, künstlichen Aromen, Farbstoffe, Gelantine, Laktose, Fruktose und Gluten 🌷

Hyaluronsäure ist eine körpereigene Substanz, die große Wassermengen binden kann. In der Haut wirkt sie deshalb wie ein Wasserspeicher und sorgt so für Elastizität und Spannkraft 🌷 
Vitamin C ist an der Kollagenbildung beteiligt und trägt zu einer normalen Funktion der Haut bei. Zudem trägt Vitamin C auch dazu bei, die Zellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen 🌷 
Zink hat eine Funktion bei der Zellteilung und trägt zur Erhaltung normaler Haut bei.  Zink schützt auch bei oxidativem Stress 🌷

Vitamin B12 ist ein wasserlösliches Vitamin, es wird für eine Zellteilung benötigt und kann einen wichtigen Faktor für das allgemeine Wohlbefinden darstellen 🌷

Die Kapseln sind für 3 Monate 🌷 Verzehrmenge ist 1 Kapsel täglich mit reichlich viel Wasser 🌷 die Wirkung von Hyaluron  schätze ich sehr 🌷 seit knapp 4 Wochen nehme ich sie nun ein 🌷 sie sind geruchsneutral 🌷 die Kapsrln lassen sich problemlos schlucken 🌷 mein  Hautbild hat sich verbessert 🌷 und ich habe das Gefühl das ich fitter bin und die Gelenke beweglicher sind 🌷

  • This is a terrific creamy, cheesy pesto recipe from the @MinimalistBaker that will suit all tastes. You certainly don't have to be vegan to enjoy it. For extra B12 in your diet, choose nutritional yeast (from the health food store) that is fortified with it. Oh, and 1 large clove of garlic is enough for me 😃 Perfect with a salad or pasta over the Easter weekend. 
Method:
1. Add the basil, nuts, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and sea salt and blend/mix on high until a loose paste forms.
2. Add olive oil a little at a time (streaming in while the machine is on if possible) and scrape down sides as needed. 
3. Add 1 Tbsp (15 ml) water at a time until the desired consistency is reached - a thick but pourable sauce. (If avoiding oil altogether, sub the oil with vegetable broth or just use all water.) Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor, salt for overall flavor, nuts for nuttiness, garlic for bite/zing, or lemon juice for acidity.
Perfect for adding to sauces, dressings, breads, and more! 
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week. After that, pour into ice cube molds, freeze, and store up to 1 month or more.
