But what is ABV (Alcohol by Volume), and why does it even matter?
A bottle of wine shared among friends, compared to sharing a 6-pack of beer, it's actually the wine that will get you tipsy quicker, all thanks to its ABV content
The ABV represents the % of ethanol in a beverage by volume! Beers are typically about 5%, then followed by wine which has around 12-14%, while our beloved spirits with around 40% is topping the list
Or bodies often reacts to ethanol in the same way - bloating, gassiness, vomiting - so make the damn ethanol count😅
Sooo, with that in mind I reached for some of my non alcoholic blends today, and I'm presenting a new one for you; the Memento Aromatic non alcoholic blend.
This Good-for-your-body blend, offers a herbal blend mix, made using organic fresh herbs from Mediterranean plants. It has all the good stuff such as; allergen free, gluten free, 100% vegan, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and almost no calories - Sensing a Win/Win here?
Be prepared for summerly notes and aromas from Rosemary, Roses, Lemon beebrushes, and curry plants.
This is instantly noticed once popping the bottle open, the aromas spring into your nose - sweet with citrus notes.

I’ve been wanting to make oxymel for a while, and for some reasons I already had a recipe in mind (yellow beats & ginger). So what best occasion than a Mexican night with friends for a trial?
As the recipe includes vinegar, it’s the type of drinks that shocks the first time you try it, and usually leaves love/hate impressions. (Or sometimes you just don’t know if you like it or not... @sarah_wtv ;)).
Anyway, I love trying new things like that!
