The other day, someone (@balj_t 😘) very kindly said that I helped them get up in the morning because I share an insta story at some godforsaken time in the AM.
But it’s actually easyyyy as 🥧 to get up early...
🥧 firstly, go to bed earlier. Soz but true. Half 9 for me in the week. Any later and I feel like a monster the next day. If you can’t sleep that early, try reading a book...that usually sends me right off 🤦🏻♀️
🥧 Put your alarm well away from your bed so you have to get up to turn it off. I used to have Alexa come on the kitchen so I was forced to go and shut her up.
🥧 Meet someone in the morning. You won’t want to let them down so you’ll have to be there at the early time you agreed. HA.
🥧 Pack the night before for the next day. Saves a huge job in the morning. 🤷🏻♀️
🥧 Now it’s lighter, sleep with curtains/blinds open. Far easier waking up with the light!
🥧 Make exercise fun. Why would you WANT to get up early if what you were getting up for wasn’t enjoyable? 🤷🏻♀️

Déconstruire ses croyances nécessite d'observer toutes ces choses acquises du quotidien et de les questionner.
Le sexisme ordinaire est pratiqué par des hommes et par des femmes.
Sans une remise en question des mots qu'on utilise, nos pensées et nos actions resteront le reflet de la mentalité patriarcale.
Ce qui m'interroge le plus sont les sceptiques, ceux qui disent "Oooh ça va arrête de voir le mal partout, ce n'est pas sexiste". Car pour réussir à changer les choses il faut le vouloir.
Aujourd'hui, avec les possibilités infinies que nous avons pour nous renseigner, nous éduquer, cela n'est plus crédible que de prétendre ne pas savoir, ne pas y croire.
Cela revient à ne pas vouloir savoir.

First 7am workout in a week, feeling nauseous cause I had a big breakfast prior to training. I'm doing the legs I halfassed on Friday. This will be a 5 day week for me cause I'll miss a 1.5 weeks of training next week when I get my tattoo(s)
