Our actions reveal how badly we want something in life and what our priorities are. Do you agree or disagree?
“If you keep saying something is a priority but you never act on it, then you don’t really want it. It’s time to have an honest conversation with yourself. Your actions reveal your true motivations.” ~James Clear, Atomic Habits

"I love the book wall 🙌🏻
Our customers are amazing! There's nothing I love more than talking with people about sweet babies and all the great things we have to help them try to survive those first years!
I just love babies and every baby so much if you couldn’t already tell!" -Andrea, VM family member and Mama
The bushmaster (Lachesis muta), a venomous pit viper, is the longest viper in the world. They’re also the only viper in the world to lay eggs instead of giving birth to live young. They are native to Central and South America. They look similar to rattlesnakes but do not have a rattler, even though they sometimes vibrate their tail when threatened. Bushmasters don’t live very long in captivity due to the stress.
TL/DR: first Ragnar; we came in 13th; Washington is TOO BEAUTIFUL; love my friends.
Welp, my first Ragnar was an absolute blast. I went in having never really run more than about 6 miles at any one time, and finished with 18 miles under my belt, a better sense of what my body can do, and a hankering for more Ragnar action. Our team came in 13th, which is an incredible achievement on its own, and then looks even better when you factor in that our team captain, @herschey_b, ran 15 miles on a sprained ankle.
My teammates are incredible athletes, incredibly patient, endlessly encouraging, and truly hilarious people. I’m so proud of all of us - 200 miles in 28 hours and 47 minutes - and I’d do it all again.
Now that you’ve finished reading all this, do you have a minute to talk for a moment about the REAL history of Trader Joe’s?
Just another weekend of skipping statelines and seeing the sites. @bird was yet another good time!! @nascar was another thrilling adventure. WHAT A RACE!!! @rowdybusch .. looking for a win next time I come. Lol
