Doing lots of cardio won’t make you look sexy, lifting weights will though.
Don’t kill yourself on the treadmill thinking it’s the best way to burn fat and increase lean muscle mass. Instead, do resistance circuits like you see here in the video. It will increase your metabolic rate, improve fitness levels, prolong life expectancy, decrease body fat and will get you looking better naked. Plus you won’t feel f_.ked all day long which certain high intensity programs will.
Resistance training will also help with mental health and will help control cortisol levels which play a very important role within the body. (Blood sugar levels, blood pressure, inflammation, metabolic rate, Hunger levels.. etc) Let’s get ready for another week everyone! 💙
