1. Pour glue onto the canvas
2. Prep your colours by combining the paint with glue in individual cups
3. Pour the colour mixtures in small circles, arcs, or other shapes
4. Layer colours which will play and blend nicely together
5. Use a hairdryer to move your swatches of colour around in creative ways
6. Let it dry overnight and enjoy your poured painting!

It is important for you to know that God has something gigantic for your future so you don’t settle for anything less. You must begin to define your future based on your redemption in Christ.
The way you think is highly essential to your destiny. Your thinking is your living. It becomes your attraction. It is your behaviour. It controls and affects the totality of your existence. That is why you must submit yourself to the surgical operations of the scriptures. Why is this important? It is because when a man’s thinking changes, it shows in his approach to life. ‘Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...’ (Romans 12:2). A man’s life only changes when his mentality changes. The results he sees in his life are always proportional to the extent of his mental transformation. God wants you to be able to see what He has for your future.
Destiny is a promise. It is available but it is not guaranteed. It is like potentials. There is a potential for greatness in every child of God. It is there but it is not guaranteed. That somebody has the potential to be the next football star does not automatically make him a football star. Therefore it is not just by saying ‘I am a seed of Abraham. I should have it made’. No! God is saying ‘It is not just about what I have said. I want you to co-operate with me. I need you to work with my plans and purpose so that all I have in mind for you can come to a glorious reality’. Pursue it! Fulfil it! That’s how God’s word changes your mentality.

Running around today like a headless chook 💁🏼♀️
The next three days are 12hr days which is great and exciting but today before my 5pm start at work I will be resigning from one job (so i don’t have 3), I’m getting all my washing done (fold/put away), weekly budget done, shopping list and weekly meals written down so I can go food shopping and then meal prep. Weigh up my breakfast for the next three days, have lunch/dinner packed ready to go as well 🙌🏽

I promise you I do do upper body workouts! I just always seem to record my lower body sessions 🤦♀️. Also, it is so much more fun and motivating training with a partner especially when I like to goof around and have a laff 🙂
I always do my staples for lower body days but I do feel like I need to change it up a bit with my accessory exercises so.. 💎
I’m calling out to my fitfam for suggestions on other accessory exercises so I don’t reach a plateau stage with my current training (which I haven’t yet) 😊. 💎
