Heute ging es für @lindainfinity und mich zurück aus der Schweiz in die Heimat🙆🏼‍♀️
Fertig, aber extrem glücklich 😍 ganz ehrlich....so ein Wochenende wie dieses hier mit @bigcitybeats und dem @worldclubdome habe ich noch NIE erlebt und werde es auch nie vergessen😍 vielen, vielen Dank dafür🙏 und auch an alle die dafür gesorgt haben, dass dieses Wochenende unvergesslich wurde!
Das Foto hier ist gestern Abend beim Sonnenuntergang auf 3500m auf dem Sphinx Observatorium des @jungfraujochtopofeurope entstanden. Bei -10 Grad 😅 unfassbare Location😱

  • Indeed, it's around this time of year with the holidays when we begin to make food the enemy. And when we make food the enemy, we get upset with ourselves for 'crossing enemy lines' and we begin to say horrible things to ourselves, restrict food only to binge later, etc. But it's this time of year when we should be relaxing around food, not fighting it! .
As humans, what do we do when we are happy and feeling good? We gather around the ones we love and we eat! .
You see....being in a relaxed state when you are eating actually helps you digest your food as well as get your metabolism fired up. .
But when you eat in a stressed-out state (which is normally how people eat their holiday meals) you aren't digesting your food because your digestive system shuts down when you are under stress. Your body also releases more hormones like cortisol when you are under stress.
.
So, if you really think about it....you are doing the opposite of what you think you are doing when you have a panic attack about breaking your 'diet' on holiday meals. .
Sound counterintuitive? 
Well. It is.
.
By just relaxing into the moment, you are actually benefiting yourself and your health. Simply by just enjoying your food and the company. ⠀
.
That said, this year slow down and be nice to yourself before, during, and after your holiday meals. Just enjoy the moment. And food.

Please remember that you don’t have to love your body right now in this moment, but being able to love the person inside you is incredibly important. You have to learn to accept and appreciate who you are 💕

Woke up this morning feeling energized and slim. 
Its going to be time for new pants soon. Bought these about 3 weeks ago and they are already loose!

It's not always about what the scale says. I also track my progress based on how I feel, energy, way my clothes fit and pictures. 
I am also making a commitment to myself to be active on my lunch breaks. Today I did a walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Every little bit counts! 
P.S my booty never goes away.

  • Chocolate Chip Keto Mug Cake

Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 1 minute
Total Time 4 minutes
Servings 2
Calories 250kcal
⠀⠀
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp powdered sweetener
1 egg medium
5 tbsp double/heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
⠀⠀
Instructions
In a bowl, combine your dry ingredients - coconut flour, baking powder, cacao powder, sweetener. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add your wet ingredients - the egg, cream and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips and let the batter rest for a minute.
Melt 1/2 tsp butter each in 2 mugs or ramekins (30 seconds) and grease the insides. This is an important step if you want to turn your mug cakes out onto a plate. Divide the batter between the mugs/ramekins.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Don't microwave any longer or your cakes will become dry.
Enjoy straight out of the ramekin or turn out onto a plate. See notes for an optional chocolate sauce!

For an optional chocolate sauce, melt 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter. I like to start them off in the microwave (30 seconds, no more) and then put them  in a water bath (place a small bowl with the chocolate chips into a larger bowl filled with boiling water). Stir until liquid. Add 2-3 tbsp cream or milk and stir until smooth and pourable.
