  • Yes, it can be hard to say no and disappoint people. But do you want to know what’s even harder? Living each day, in and out, doing something that you don’t enjoy and for the sake of someone else. ⁣⁣⁣

In order to bring happiness to others you yourself must be happy and find enjoyment in what you do. And that 100% does not come from pleasing others. ⁣⁣⁣

Take your own path in life and don’t be afraid to not be part of the majority because honestly, it’s so much better to be your unique self. ⁣⁣

  • 🎉8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION || Easy dieting? 🎯 Goal of this diet block was to shed 4-5kg (mostly holiday weight) before the NSW Oztag State Cup to improve agility and on-field performance. This was not my first block of dieting but i'm learning more and more about myself each time i go through one of them.

2 major highlights from this block.
1️⃣. I am able to be more aggressive with my deficit at the beginning of the week (e.g. having  as low as 900 calories comprised mainly of protein) so i am able to enjoy my weekends, go out and not worry too much about going over because i have already created a bigger buffer for myself.
2️⃣. Hunger and cravings have been kept at bay throughout this cycle. Starting full time work and keeping busy has really helped that. Being restricted to eating ONLY the food i bring has been awesome.

📉 It was a steady 8 weeks with ~0.5kg lost/wk on average which is what i wanted. I remember on my previous blocks there were times where i was absolutely exhausted and wanted the diet to end. I will keep on using the super-compensation strategy at the beginning of the week to allow myself to get out on weekends, enjoy good foods with friends, and keep me sane.

🤓 Sharing my experiences; In no way is this for everyone or am i saying this is what you shoild do BUT this is what has worked for me. Don't be afraid to try something new and/or unconventional! I will definitely keep using this strategy and integrate it into my lifestyle.

  • CHAPTER 1 - A FRESH START

Recently I haven’t felt good internally. Illness, injuries and other issues have played a big role on my mind, and it’s been a constant struggle. 
I have only just realised that the things affecting me internally have also affected me externally. Although most people will look at this picture as a sense of achievement or accomplishment, I know that I have lost focus and determination. This is the worst I have looked in 8 years.

It’s now time to step it up, and become the best version of myself 💪🏼

    Recently I haven’t felt good internally. Illness, injuries and other issues have played a big role on my mind, and it’s been a constant struggle.

  • Top Set bench from last night: 281.1 lbs/127.5 kg . This was my first time using calibrated plates. Felt a lil heavier than the plates I normally work with due to the pinpoint accuracy, but I'll adjust quickly.
