Pas de post depuis 3 jours mais je n'ai pas eu le temps mardi, j'ai dîné chez une amie (d'ailleurs elle a utilisé pas mal d'aliments à 0 point, trop mignonne 😍), et je suis rentrée tard donc douche et dodo 🙈🙈

Hier soir et ce soir pas trop l'envie et la force, je suis complètement hs cette semaine et je suis tombée malade donc ça n'aide pas ! 😥

Je compte quand même mes points mais j'avoue que c'est pas la semaine de l'alimentation parfaite 🙄🙄 Pas de fast food mais pas trop light et pas très organisé et planifié dans les préparations de repas...

⚠️ Il faut que je me reprenne mais fatigue++, malade et petit moral n'aident pas !

Ce soir je suis à 26 points, je vais peut être prendre un bol de soupe à zéro mais pour le moment je n'ai pas faim !!

  • Snack plate for lunch! I love a good snack plate and after a couple of run-ins with some cookie dough early in the week i decided to keep lunch low in points and to add a little color. All of this is 3 points, and everything is freaking delicious!

  • Everyone talks about Chicken and waffles, well I didn’t have any waffles so I made chik’un and French toast. It was wonderful,delicious, and you should try it too! 
What I did was add a little almond milk, corn starch, flax seed and cinnamon and stir, let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Heat a pan up and then dredge your bread in the almond milk mixture and cook for about 3-5 mins on each side. Cook the #boca chickun patty according to package directions and serve it up with whatever side you like. Top with syrup or honey or whatever your heart desires! Enjoy! Came to 10points on #ww

  • Look what I had made from @jhmedalhangers I absolutely love them,, I am not one for putting certificates on my wall as I have no where to do so, do I raked for an alternative and then found this company and she has helped make these for me,, now I can have these in my bedroom and look and see what I have achieved daily and feel proud 😍,, I've even git my 5 stone one made ready so this is my motivation boost that I can have my 5 stone medal on show before Christmas 😍😍

  • Today has been super busy, but I used the 45 minute break I had in between things I needed to do to make this quick lunch. Our stove isn’t working right at the moment so instead of making a wonton soup like I’d planned, I used the microwave to steam some broccoli (put in a bowl with a few tablespoons of water, cover and cook for about 3 minutes) and then I steamed some @bibigousa Chicken and Cilantro Mini Wontons (5sp for 16) for 2 minutes (on a plate in between layers of wet paper towel). I added some soy sauce and lunch was served. If I’d had more time I would’ve made more of a sauce to go over this but it was still good!

5 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup red onion, diced
1 cup long grain rice
1 ½ cups chicken stock 
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Mix all seasoning and chicken in a large bowl
3. Heat the olive oil on high heat in a Dutch oven. Cook chicken skin side down for 6 minutes until crispy, then flip. 
4. Cook an additional 5 minutes and remove from pan. 
5. Add garlic and onion and sauté about 2 minutes. 
6. Pour about 1/2 the stock in to deglaze the pan, add the rice and the remaining stock. Season with salt and pepper, then bring to a boil. 
7. Add thighs skin back to the pan, side up and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Für 2 #galettes + 1 Schüsselchen:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Teig:
250g Mehl
60g Apfelmus
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
Zimt
Curry
Salz
optional Flavour Drops, z.B. Caramel
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Füllung 1:
25g Körniger  Frischkäse light
25g Magerquark
1 Pflaume
45g Kürbis, z.B. Hokkaido
20g Kichererbsen
5g Walnüsse
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Füllung 2:
50g Sauerkraut
1/2 birne
5g Mandelplättchen
5g Rosinen
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Für den Teig alle Zutaten vermischen und mit den Gewürzen gut abschmecken. Der Teig sollte relativ fest sein. Nun in 2 gleichgroße Stücke teilen und dünn ausrollen. Einen kleinen Teigrest für das Schüsselchen zur Seite legen.

Für die Kürbis-Pflaumen-Füllung den Kürbis und die Pflaume in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Magerquark und den körnigen Frischkäse vernischen und ebenfalls mit den Gewürzen abschmecken Das Gemüse auf dem Teig verteilen, hierbei die Mitte freilassen. Das Loch mit 2/3 der Quark-Frischkäse-Masse füllen und die Kichererbsen darauf verteilen. Den Rest auf der freien Teigfläche verteilen und das Ganze mit den Walnüssen verzieren.

Für die Birnen-Sauerkraut-Füllung die Birne aushöhlen und das Sauerkraut hineingeben. Mandelplättchen und Rosinen darauf verteilen.

Nun die Seiten der Galettes hochklappen und in die gewünschte Form legen, ggf. etwas andrücken.

Zum Schluss das Schüsselchen formen und einen beliebigen Kräuterquark anrühren. Ich benutze hier ebenfalls die obenstehenden Gewürze, Knoblauch und frischen Schnittlauch.

  • Sometimes a little cereal just really hits the spot. This was 6sp worth of special K protein cereal with almond milk and a banana. I was hesitant at first to spend 6 points on a bowl of cereal but it actually kept me full for a really long time.
  • Sometimes a little cereal just really hits the spot. This was 6sp worth of special K protein cereal with almond milk and a banana. I was hesitant at first to spend 6 points on a bowl of cereal but it actually kept me full for a really long time.
