1 cup self raising flour
1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp icing sugar (confectionary sugar)
2 tsp milk
Mix the flour and yogurt to make the two ingredient dough. Roll out on a well floured surface. Once rolled flat add the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Roll into a log shape and cut into 14 pieces. Lay on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until tops are browned. Apply icing mix made form the confectioners sugar and milk.

Heute ging’s an die Basis! Mein Mann verträgt keinen Weizen und ich hab im Supermarkt noch keine Schupfnudeln ohne gefunden 🙈
Und normal kann jeder, also hab ich es noch etwas verschlankt 😄 hier kommen meine
400 gr Kartoffeln mehligkochend
100 gr Blumenkohl
100 gr Dinkelmehl
Salz, Muskatnuss und optional Bärlauch oder Petersilie
Kartoffeln schälen und zusammen mit dem Blumenkohl weich kochen. Dann zu einem glatten Brei zerstampfen, kräftig mit Salz würzen, etwas Muskatnuss dazugeben und den Bärlauch/Petersilie fein hacken und unterrühren. Komplett abkühlen lassen.
100 gr Mehl unterrühren. Die Arbeitsfläche und die Hände bemehlen und dann aus dem Teig Schupfnudeln formen (klebrige Geschichte 😂). In einem Topf Wasser zum kochen bringen und dann die Schupfnudeln ins Wasser geben. Zurückschalten und sobald die Schupfnudeln oben schwimmen kannst du sie rausnehmen.
Anschließend in der Pfanne anbraten und für das Rezept deiner Wahl verwenden!

Today I had a lot of feels. First, I was super emotional about how delicious my breakfast was (🐷🍳🥬). Then “professional life” hit and my brain got all twisted in thought (🧮📊🥀). Next thing I knew I was trying to watch General Hospital but the recording was all wacky and I completely missed Ava asking Scotty to be her pretend man candy! I MEAN, WHAT’S UP MONDAY?
Finally, after happy crying to all of the American Idol finalists, I picked myself off the couch, forced my way into a sports bra, and did 40 minutes of happiness!
Calling a workout “happiness” is a lie but squats give you a peachy tooshie which leads to confidence and confidence means more smiles and smiles make other people smile and when other people smile.... my life has meaning. 🍑😁
So. Goodbye, Monday. Thanks for stopping by.
Side note: Praise the sweet people that let you turn their spare bedroom into a storage unit, workout studio, “photography room” and walk in closet. Those people are the real Monday MVPs. (*cough parents cough*)

Say hello to @drmarkhyman ‘s Roast Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Baked Zucchini and Tomatoes. This dinner was so delicious and easy! The warm veggie salad is a nice twist on a classic summer salad. For only 6 points, it’s a great option. You can make it for almost no points if you skip the avocado (but honestly, it’s worth the points) and use cooking spray instead of olive oil. This recipe is on page 283 of the cookbook that I have linked in my bio! I highly suggest it!
Chickpea salad for weight watchers!!
◾ Packed with nutrients.
◾help keep your appetite under control.
◾ Rich in protein.
◾low calorie as it will help in weight management.
◾ Benefits in digestion .
🔸Boiled Chickpeas /chana - 2 cups.
🔸 Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
🔸 Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon.
🔸 Onion - 1/2
🔸Tomato - 1
🔸 Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
🔸 turmeric powder - a pinch.
🔸Salt - to taste.
🔸 Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon.
🔸 capsicum - 1/2
🔸 lettuce leaves - as needed.
🔹In a pan heat oil , add chopped onions & saute.
🔹Add in ginger garlic paste.
🔹Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & salt.
🔹Saute the spices and add chopped tomatoes.
🔹Close the lid & let tomato cook.
🔹Now add in the boiled Chickpea/chana, capsicum & mix well. Cover the lid &let it cook fr 5 more minutes.
🔹Serve it with lettuce leaves as it tastes good.
This salad wont make you bored !!

Day 1 of the #summerseries was getting a phone call at 7am that my mom was going by ambulance to the ER for complications from a prior surgery, waiting in the ER with her for 9 hours, her having to have another surgery (3 surgeries in 7 weeks- 2 of those being completely unplanned), and getting home 14 hours after the initial call... the healthiest thing I ate all day was a banana, no workout was done but my family challenge moves... I never do well at the start of these challenges- but I know life happens, there’s always tomorrow and hopeful the rest of the series will be good and my mom will get on the mend 🙏🏼 So, Day 1 Check-In gets to be a picture of the sunset while leaving the hospital ✔️

Hello everyone! Welcome to my page! I am going to be doing a bit of an overhaul, and wanted to take the chance to explain this as well as properly introduce myself. My name is Stephanie, I turn 21 at the end of this month and am in nursing school (graduating in December). A tiny bit of background, I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and have been able to successfully lose up to 70 lbs in the past, but fell into the oh so familiar cycle of putting it back on, and at the beginning of this year decided that it was time to truly commit and make a change. With graduation approaching and entering a new, physically demanding career field, it is a now or never situation. On January 1st 2019 I weighed 300 lbs. and have been able to lose 35 lbs. so far this year while in school, and this summer am embarking on a journey to lose an additional 50 pounds and have others join in on it with me! Although I would like to look better and feel more confident, that desire has faded and the desire to be happy, healthy, and be able to be the best nurse I can be has taken over as well as wanting to connect with others in similar situations. If you choose to join me on this journey, you can expect to get a complete look of what my journey has to bring including: meals, workouts, fitness product review, regular check in’s, tips and tricks to succeed and face the obstacles of a healthy lifestyle, and the struggles from the perspective a regular person with real, raw emotions who is going through it while balancing a demanding schedule and truly has a desire to do better for both myself and others along the way.
