Snack plate for lunch! I love a good snack plate and after a couple of run-ins with some cookie dough early in the week i decided to keep lunch low in points and to add a little color. All of this is 3 points, and everything is freaking delicious!

Everyone talks about Chicken and waffles, well I didn’t have any waffles so I made chik’un and French toast. It was wonderful,delicious, and you should try it too!
What I did was add a little almond milk, corn starch, flax seed and cinnamon and stir, let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Heat a pan up and then dredge your bread in the almond milk mixture and cook for about 3-5 mins on each side. Cook the #boca chickun patty according to package directions and serve it up with whatever side you like. Top with syrup or honey or whatever your heart desires! Enjoy! Came to 10points on #ww

Pour ce soir, léger en point... il ne m'en testait que 3 donc... Poêlée de courgette tomates cerise et filet de poulet à la provençale pour 2sp. J'ai accompagné cela d'une omelette.

Look what I had made from @jhmedalhangers I absolutely love them,, I am not one for putting certificates on my wall as I have no where to do so, do I raked for an alternative and then found this company and she has helped make these for me,, now I can have these in my bedroom and look and see what I have achieved daily and feel proud 😍,, I've even git my 5 stone one made ready so this is my motivation boost that I can have my 5 stone medal on show before Christmas 😍😍
Today has been super busy, but I used the 45 minute break I had in between things I needed to do to make this quick lunch. Our stove isn’t working right at the moment so instead of making a wonton soup like I’d planned, I used the microwave to steam some broccoli (put in a bowl with a few tablespoons of water, cover and cook for about 3 minutes) and then I steamed some @bibigousa Chicken and Cilantro Mini Wontons (5sp for 16) for 2 minutes (on a plate in between layers of wet paper towel). I added some soy sauce and lunch was served. If I’d had more time I would’ve made more of a sauce to go over this but it was still good!

🍁Herbstliche Galettes🍁 aus Mürbeteig ganz ohne Butter mit Kürbis🎃-Pflaumen- und Birnen🍐-Sauerkraut-Füllung
Für 2 #galettes + 1 Schüsselchen:
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
optional Flavour Drops, z.B. Caramel
25g Körniger Frischkäse light
45g Kürbis, z.B. Hokkaido
Für den Teig alle Zutaten vermischen und mit den Gewürzen gut abschmecken. Der Teig sollte relativ fest sein. Nun in 2 gleichgroße Stücke teilen und dünn ausrollen. Einen kleinen Teigrest für das Schüsselchen zur Seite legen.

Ich faule Socke bin ehrlich 😉 das erste Jahr sogar etwas über 1 Jahr hab ich mich ja schon fast verweigert Sport zu machen. Das abnehmen lief so gut das ich da gar kein Bock drauf hatte 🤣 im inneren war mir klar, das es natürlich nur Vorteile hat wenn ich Sport mache. .
Ich mache Sport lieber alleine und gehe daher total gerne ins Fitnesstudio.
Ich versuche 2-3x die Woche ins Sportforum zu gehen. Manchmal je nach Dienst schaffe ich es auch nur 1x die Woche.
Ganz typisch die Mischung aus Krafttraining und Cardio 🏋️♀️🚴♀️ gelegentlich auch Kurse.
Für mich war die Wahl des Fitnesstudio wichtig . Eins wo ich mich wohlfühle , was nicht überfüllt ist und wo ich gut betreut werde.
Daher habe ich mich damals für das @sportforumwuppertal entschieden und bin dort sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Ich mag den persönlichen Kontakt zum Team, das Angebot ist sehr vielseitig und die Betreuung super. Meine persönliche Entwicklung immer im Blick und im Austausch mit den Trainern und ich habe immer einen Ansprechpartner bei Fragen.
Wenn ihr euch eine Sportart sucht, dann eine die euch Spaß macht , die ihr gut in den Alltag geplant bekommt und wo ihr euch wohlfühlt.
Also ran an die Bewegung . Testet was zu euch passt , worauf ihr Lust habt und wo ihr euch gut fühlt. ❤❤❤ _____________________________________________
