Hello friends, Here’s my comprehensive, bi-annual life update:
I just finished my second to last quarter of college, and I’m very excited to be graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Cal Poly this spring! So what’s my plan from here, and why? As some of you know, I’ve struggled with several autoimmune disorders and mental health issues since I was 14. Thankfully, my rollercoaster relationship with health has highlighted my passion for holistic, integrative health (meaning whole-person, mind-body-spirit care, like yoga itself, or the integration of meditation, fitness, and positive connections with myself, others, and reality itself, etc). This journey/practice has been integral to managing my inflammation/physical symptoms as well as my anxiety/panic/depressive disorders (not to mention reconnecting me to my identity as an athlete/gymnast, and a part of a greater energy source).
My pain has become my passion, and I’m currently working on my senior project which explains holistic health’s prevention of and treatment for chronic disease and mental illness. I’ve also made my Instagram public and will be integrating my wellness experiences and research into my content, hoping to break down stigmas/taboos, build community, and provide a space for myself and any followers to become our healthiest happiest selves. (Losing a loved one, connecting to a greater energy/life force, and fighting a constant battle for health makes me grateful for and committed to making the most of my life while I’m JanelleOnEarth.) In terms of my future, I’m excited to announce I’ll be staying in SLO through the fall to do my Yoga Teacher Training @sloyogacenter , which has been a haven, a community, and a hub of physical and mental growth for me. I’ll finally go travel after I finish, but then I’ll be pursuing my career in holistic health in some form. Baked BBQ Tofu Tenders by @thefoodietakesflight 🔥🔥🔥 Give your guests a tasty vegan snack to remember!
14 to 16 ounces extra-firm tofu, drained and patted dry⠀
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika⠀
1 teaspoon ground cumin⠀
1 teaspoon chili powder⠀
1 teaspoon garlic powder⠀
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt⠀
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika⠀
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper⠀
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for the baking sheet⠀
1/4 cup vegan barbecue sauce⠀
Wrap the block of tofu in a few layers of paper towels, then set on a dinner plate or cutting board. Weigh it down with a heavy object like a skillet, pot, or large can while the oven preheats. Tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces.⠀
Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 425°F. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.⠀
Meanwhile, place the sweet paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Pour in the oil and stir to combine. Add the tofu and gently stir to evenly coat. Place the tofu in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.⠀
Roast, stirring every 10 minutes so it cooks evenly, until the tofu is crisp all over, 30 to 35 minutes total. Drizzle the tofu with the barbecue sauce and toss to combine. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookies by @thebigmansworld 💛 Recipe:⠀
3 tbsp coconut flour⠀
1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀
4 tbsp coconut oil melted, then cooled at room temperature⠀
4 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce⠀
1 tsp almond extract⠀
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips ⠀
Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. ⠀
In a large mixing bowl, combine your dry ingredients and mix well. ⠀
In a separate small bowl, add your coconut oil, syrup, applesauce and extract and mix well. ⠀
Combine your wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in your chocolate chips. ⠀
Form 12 small balls of dough and place on the lined tray. Press each ball into a cookie shape and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just golden brown on top. ⠀
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray for 15 minutes, or until the cookies can be moved easily. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. ⠀

This comparison, this comparison is VERY important. The left photo you see it appears that I am hitting my head forward on purpose to be growling and scary, however that’s how that case here. My spine used to sit at -26 degrees pushing forward into my windpipe. (See my story for the photo) Now imagine being told you can’t sing, exercise or basically breathe because you were diagnosed with asthma, instead of the real issue being that my windpipe was being crushed by my own spine. A few years ago I met my prior chiropractor, who is still amazing btw, and he helped me learn about my own body even more than I already knew. And I don’t mean in the sense of technical terms, I mean something deeper. To be able to feel more than a small percentage by being more mindful. As our sessions went on my spine has gone to its proper positioning. With the help of my current chiropractor I maintain this positioning and now work on rebuilding the muscle and tissues around the joint and bones. My point? When you get down to it Reductionism isn’t always the right way to go, often Times this hits the surface and doesn’t look any deeper. Holism looks at everything. Can’t breathe? Let’s check your lungs, hmmm sounds like asthma because there’s wheezing. Inhaler never worked. Pain still persisted. Becoming a trainer and incorporating chiropractor-care into my self-care practice has in fact fixed my breathing issue, along with a digestion issue, mood imbalance, depression, sleeplessness, pain, inflammation, and posture. Τα ζυμαρικά από κόκκινη φακή, της Green Bay, είναι πλούσια σε πρωτεΐνες και πηγή φυτικών ινών. Επίσης είναι μία εναλλακτική χωρίς γλουτένη και με λίγες θερμίδες πρόταση, για όσους λατρεύουν τα ζυμαρικά.
________________________________________________ 👉Για τη σάλτσα θα χρειαστείς: ▪️3 κούπες γάλα καρύδας για μαγειρική
▪️¼ κούπας αλεύρι καρύδας
▪️¼ κούπας διατροφική μαγιά (για τυρένια γεύση)
▪️2 κούπες ψιλοκομμένα φρέσκα μανιτάρια ή κονσέρβα
▪️¼ κγ κουρκουμά
▪️¼ κγ μαύρο πιπέρι
▪️1 ½ κγ σάλτσα σόγιας
Ζεσταίνεις ένα κατσαρολάκι σε μέτρια θερμοκρασία και σοτάρεις ελαφριά τα μανιτάρια. Προσθέτεις το γάλα καρύδας και το αλεύρι καρύδας και ανακατεύεις. Σιγοβράζεις για 5 λεπτά και προσθέτεις τα μπαχαρικά και τη διατροφική μαγιά. Αφήνεις τη σάλτσα να βράσει για άλλα 3-4 λεπτά. Στο μεταξύ, βράζεις τα ζυμαρικά κόκκινης φακής για 4-5 λεπτά.
Σερβίρεις με φρέσκα μυρωδικά.

Rasa haus yang sering, sering buang air kecil, berat badan yang terus turun, namun selera makan terus tinggi, kelelahan, mual, muntah.
Diabetes tipe 2:
Cepat merasa lapar dan haus, sering buang air kecil terutama pada malam hari, gampang lelah, sering merasa mengantuk, penglihatan kabur, sering kesemutan terutama pada kaki dan tangan, kehilangan berat badan dengan cepat tanpa usaha apapun, gatal-gatal pada kelamin luar, gairah seksual menurun dan cenderung impotensi, jika terkena infeksi, sembuhnya lama.
Bought the new (to me) @birchbenders paleo waffles last night so of course I had to try them this morning for breakfast. The ingredients are on point, they get super crispy in the toaster oven, and they taste really good. A great way to start my day. Please read ... . “I first met Andriana in the gym. I mentioned that despite all my years committed in exercising and eating well I just didn’t feel right. I had days where I felt lethargic. I would wake up and my face would look puffy and some days even swollen. My hands and feet would swell and I had days where I looked 5 months pregnant from being bloated. Andriana mentioned to have an IgA allergy test run to check for foods that could be triggering inflammation. Little did I know that in all this time I have an intolerance to dairy!
