  • ¿Por qué tres opciones de talleres Online?. Principalmente porque quiero abordar una de las tres temáticas lo más detallada y minuciosamente posible. Para así poder trabajar en profundidad sobre lo que te preocuparía a ti.

No te voy a mentir, estos talleres necesitan de un gran compromiso y trabajo de tu parte. Creo en la necesidad de salir de la zona del '' ya lo haré '' o '' me da pereza '' para poder realmente reinventarnos y dejar atrás lo que nos consume.

Solo puedo decirte que si sigues las instrucciones al pie de la letra, notarás un cambio brutal en ti. Descargar, dar forma a lo que queremos y tomar conciencia de lo que uno es y vale, es un gran ejercicio de  desarrollo personal. Que sólo ocurrirá si te implicas al 100%.

Convierte el esfuerzo en trabajo, el trabajo en constancia y  la constancia en hábito. Así Obtendrás el fluir de una mejora constante, sin apenas esfuerzo y trabajo.

Alguien que admiro mucho me dijo una vez: '' quien no se esfuerza por un tiempo en crear hábitos positivos, tendrá que habituarse a esforzarse en contra de sí mismo toda la vida'' y que verdad más grande. .
Estos son los tres talleres, con objetivos y ejercicios adaptados exclusivamente a la temática de cada uno.

  • L'argilla che utilizzo e adoro é l'Argilla Verde Fine di ARGITAL.
Avendo a mia disposizione diversi oli essenziali io la miscelo semplicemente con acqua e, in base al trattamento che andrò ad effettuare, aggiungo 2/3 gocce di OE oppure sinergia. [OE significa Olio Essenziale]
[La sinergia è un mix di OE già pronta]. ➡️MASCHERA DI BASE
In una tazza o ciotola con dell’acqua sciogliete 1 cucchiaino di miele, aggiungete 1 cucchiaino di olio e omogeneizzate il tutto. Quindi aggiungete a poco a poco mentre 1 bicchiere di Argilla fine, continuate a mescolare energicamente fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.
[Io preferisco tra tutti gli oli vegetali l'olio di oliva, jojoba e sesamo perché più dermoaffini. Poi ne parlerò più avanti]
Fatta questa maschera base la si può personalizzare in base al proprio tipo di pelle. ➡️PER PELLI SECCHE potete aggiungere dello yogurt bianco, latte o burro di karitè. ➡️PER PELLI GRASSE succo di limone o 2 gocce di OE di Tea Tree Oil. ➡️MASCHERA PER LA SCHIENA in caso di contratture OE di Arnica Montana, Edera o Bardana che hanno il potere di far riassorbire gli edemi. Proprio per questo uso questi due ultimi OE anche nel trattamento della ➡️CELLULITE O RITENZIONE IDRICA. 
Nelle maschere per questi due problemi posso anche utilizzare l'OE di Rosmarino, Arancio, Zenzero, Ananas. Applicata la maschera su gambe e glutei utilizzate della semplice pellicola da cucina per creare un bendaggio. Questo creerà un ambiente umido che farà aprire i pori della pelle e rendere il trattamento più attivo. 📌Per il viso il tempo di posa è di 10 minuti. La maschera asciugandosi darà la sensazione di pelle che tira. Normalissimo. Quindi passati il tempo di posa rimuovere con acqua tiepida e un panno morbido. 📌Per il corpo il tempo di posa sarà 15/20 minuti. Quindi successivamente doccia per eliminare la maschera. Solo acqua e no bagnoschiuma. 
Passaggio finale crema specifica sia viso che corpo.

    In una tazza o ciotola con dell’acqua sciogliete 1 cucchiaino di miele, aggiungete 1 cucchiaino di olio e omogeneizzate il tutto. Quindi aggiungete a poco a poco mentre 1 bicchiere di Argilla fine, continuate a mescolare energicamente fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.

    Fatta questa maschera base la si può personalizzare in base al proprio tipo di pelle. ➡️PER PELLI SECCHE potete aggiungere dello yogurt bianco, latte o burro di karitè. ➡️PER PELLI GRASSE succo di limone o 2 gocce di OE di Tea Tree Oil. ➡️MASCHERA PER LA SCHIENA in caso di contratture OE di Arnica Montana, Edera o Bardana che hanno il potere di far riassorbire gli edemi. Proprio per questo uso questi due ultimi OE anche nel trattamento della ➡️CELLULITE O RITENZIONE IDRICA.
    Nelle maschere per questi due problemi posso anche utilizzare l'OE di Rosmarino, Arancio, Zenzero, Ananas. Applicata la maschera su gambe e glutei utilizzate della semplice pellicola da cucina per creare un bendaggio. Questo creerà un ambiente umido che farà aprire i pori della pelle e rendere il trattamento più attivo. 📌Per il viso il tempo di posa è di 10 minuti. La maschera asciugandosi darà la sensazione di pelle che tira. Normalissimo. Quindi passati il tempo di posa rimuovere con acqua tiepida e un panno morbido. 📌Per il corpo il tempo di posa sarà 15/20 minuti. Quindi successivamente doccia per eliminare la maschera. Solo acqua e no bagnoschiuma.

  • #FacetoFaceFriday #TravelingDave edition. I've cried more in the last week grieving the long goodbye of dementia and cancer than I have the last two plus years of this journey with my father. I have wanted to eat the carbs, all of the carbs, but, I didn't. Something in me broke open a week ago Thursday, after The World photo shoot and visiting the graveside of #DavidTrefry, a place I had been avoiding since last summer, worried I would bump into someone I didn't want to see there. Someone who I had been working on myself to forgive for their betrayals. This, just after being nudged on to walk into a store I also didn't want to be in, to find a "D" and a dress she would of loved that would change everything for me in that day. A dress she would of wanted me to slay in her better years. I think the grief of her own father's sudden and warp speed loss is what brought about her falling off the wagon, and the ripples of the same. Allowing myself to feel my own grief and pain, I can see that now. I see her, in all her beautiful and ugly places, and should the day come that she attempts to make sober amends, I will let her know that I forgave her. Healing isn't easy. Forgiveness is for ourselves, for our own peace. Letting go, we get to choose the present moment. Today, I choose love. Today, I choose to keep making peace in the pain. .

Emotional activity is seen as a normal, internal, physiological response to stimuli from the external environment. Within normal limits, emotions cause no disease or weakness in the body. However, when emotions become so powerful that they become uncontrollable and overwhelm or possess a person, then they can cause serious injury to the internal organs and open the door to disease. It is not the intensity as much as the prolonged duration or an extreme emotion, which causes damage. While Western physicians tend to stress the psychological aspects of psychosomatic ailments, the pathological damage to the internal organs is very real indeed and is of primary concern of the TCM practitioner.
Excess emotional activity causes severe yin-yang energy imbalances, wild aberrations in the flow of blood, qi (vital energy) blockages in the meridians and impairment of vital organ functions.

  • WOW! Another fab evening last night at our monthly Meet Up in Tunbridge Wells. We had such a lovely group of small business owners who came together for a bit of casual networking, and inspiration from our guest speaker, Ann from @storrcupboard who gave us advice on how to use up all those manky salad packs we let go to waste, and how to make vegetables the main event of a meal too... it was a really great evening. 
These Meet Ups aren’t just for business owners, or just for women... they are open to everyone who has an interest in feeling good. We’ve seen most of the small business attendees acquire new clients/customers, and all attendees who aren’t in the wellness industry leave feeling inspired with connections to professionals that can help them feel good. 
We ended up having another full house last night, a big thank you to everyone who came along, and to @anas_ayurveda for the goody bag contribution and @tinachatfield for the photos.
