Now, if you’ve asked this, I’m not here to throw shade, but to simply help you understand what you’re actually asking.

And just an awesome HUMAN tactic: Before you start asking for favors, (like most of the world,) ask yourself how you can provide value to that person.

  • Felt so good to not wear makeup or worry about getting ready while on vacation. I’m so used to the hustle and bustle of a crazy week..meetings, running around, getting ready, rinse and repeat.

It’s such a simple and trivial thing but not being on a timeline and just having a go with the flow day, no makeup (we tried to do some but it was so dang dark in our room it was almost impossible 😂), is so blissful to me💕.

Where do you sit?

I used to think it was one or the other. But recently a worry thought was actually an intuitive hit that I chose to logically investigate and my hit was correct.
.
Over the past 6 mo I’ve become more hip to my worry state. How much it ran me and would get the best of me.
.
I consciously made choices like strengthen my meditation practice, rest more, eat better, connect consciously and dress somatically to enter into my WISE body.
.
Every moment I felt the gripping of my heart I knew I was in worry. The sign I was not present, tripling in some story playing in my mind. Instead of rejecting the feeling or running from it, I journeyed inward to engage it and get informed.
.
Your thoughts create feelings. It’s true. And your intuition creates insights. I’ve spent years testing my ability to listen to my intuition and my feelings. Sometimes I succeed sometimes I learn the hard lesson.
.
Each lesson brings me closer to my own INNER WISDOM.
.
You are human and mistakes happen. The best way to get back on track is to not beat yourself up, but embrace yourself right where you are. It’s a practice and it takes patience. Who’s doing the work?

  • Spent a day this week batch creating yoga videos - my London flat is SO tiny, there is literally no way to roll out a mat and NOT have the whole kitchen in the background 😬. Yet, after experimenting with different frames, I found a little corner that works for filming...I only had to push all of the living room furniture into the kitchen 💁🏻‍♀️😅.

I LOVE learning new skills and getting creative with new projects. And I truly believe that if you want to make entrepreneurship and self-employment work for you, it’s crucial to keep on learning new stuff and skills, always staying curious. Because if you don‘t show the initiative to learn and educate yourself, nobody else will, right 😊?
.

In order to offer some guidance, let's explore the science behind sleep:

Hormones have a lot to do with your sleep. Among other factors are stress and lifestyle, but lets zero in on hormones.

As a woman, you have 3 primary hormones, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. They each play a key role in your sleep quality.

~🌷Estrogen helps get you to sleep and aids in fewer awakenings throughout the night.

~🌷Progesterone aids in production of a neurotransmitter (GABA) that help you stay asleep and contributes to deeper sleep.

    Women experience different levels of these hormones throughout their lives. Lower levels or too high levels can not only making sleeping harder, but also contribute to anxiety, stress, moodiness, and weight gain. All of which make getting quality sleep harder than it should be.

    In your 40s up until your 60s are also the times when you are likely to have more on your plate than ever. Raising kids, career, caring for an elderly family member, volunteering....it can be super demanding and super immersive.

  • the purpose of my life is to feel joy ... ...and feel the love that results and inspires others. 
Through some deep thought work with my coach, I've developed this life philosophy statement with my core values. Maybe it's a lil woo woo, but listen. 
I've lived in a dark place for a long time. I know a lot of us have, so maybe you can relate. It has been hard to not let that tiny voice in my head take control, you know it -- the one that says you're never going to be good enough, if you don't succeed you will let everyone down, you're fat, you're ugly, you're not worth anyone's time or attention, no one remembers you, no one cares what happens to you, in order to matter at all you must take on challenges to stand out so that there might be something special about you so maybe someone will notice. 
It sucks. 
And things just get darker and darker.

So for me, this year has been a game changer. We know I am a mover and a shaker, I don't sit still for long, and I figure out a way to go after what I want. I feel like I spent this year trying out things I thought I SHOULD want, which meant me meeting a ton of resistance. I feel like I've been trudging up hill for a long time through the mud, barely moving forward. 
Until finally, as everything continued to collapse around me in my career, I just decided to turn away from the resistance and take a trust fall into the unknown that has been beckoning to me for so long. To try something new, build, create, make something on my own. Who knows where it will go?

And you guys, I've never been more happy and thrilled in my life. I look forward to my days, being alive. Yes, I am a business owner now and I can help people the best and truest way I know how. 
But it's more than that, because not only am I creating my own business, I'm building my own happiness from deep inside my soul that calls to me to create and innovate. I feel the joy warm my heart and I can feel it in my face, my eyes, my smile. 
I feel genuine for the first time. I feel like I love myself and that allows me to spread the love and care and compassion to everyone else.

  • FUN FACT: We met virtually and I traveled 1000 miles across the United States to meet BOTH of these beautiful souls in real life—by myself. I was nervous, anxious, excited, scared, all of the above.⁣

This cancer is slow growing yet there are some signs we may miss until it's too late. Catching it early can make a HUGE difference on your course of action and survival. When caught early, prostate cancer can have close to a 100% survival rate. But people often die from complications resulting from the cancer or it advancing too far. By the time the cancer is at stage 4 and spread to other places in your body, your survival rate goes down to 28%. THIS IS HUGE.
