Polar bears are among those most affected by climate change. We have all seen the images of polar bears that float away on ice sheets and many of us have seen the pictures of malnourished and starving bears too🧊🧊🧊 Polar bears rely on sea ice for hunting. They can’t get food for themselves or their cubs without it. WWF have predicted that the species population will decline by 30% before 2050 if the Arctic continues to melt. That number could easily rise if the climate crisis escalates though🧊🧊🧊 •
On a happier note, today is a day to celebrate the existence of the beautiful and iconic creature that is the polar bear! So let’s take a moment to appreciate their existence, beauty and contribution to their ecosystem🧊🧊🧊 •

Here lies a male Brown Spotted Wrasse asleep in some soft coral that resembles an old 70's bucket chair :-D
This was taken during the day on the outer side of Port Noarlunga Reef, South Australia at around 7m where, unlike the females which are more commonly seen especially at Rapid Bay, they're usually found in deeper waters.
Whenever there is a dive at night , often fish are seen all curled up and comfortably contoured alongside rocks or safely tucked under ledges and in crevices 🤩
Thank you for your kind words and support always ~ really honored to hear this straight outta the heart from such a legend himself ~ Johnny, Dewa and the whole dolphin team await your return here soon gracias amigo 💙⭐️ #Repost@pepearcos ・・・
The best part of my life is to get to know INCREDIBLE people.
Femke is such an inspiring human being that I struggle to try to give you a briefing of all the things she does into wildlife protection around Indonesia.. She is the coordinator of @dolphin_project and @wildlifeaidnetwork and together with her team they are the front row against animal exploitation: dolphins, monkeys, birds shows... Illegal animal trade and so on... A pure activist and animal lover.
I hope you like this photograph and get to know a bit more about possitive people making a real change for the Planet!
If you have some time I would really appreciate your comments with impressions and ideas 🙏
Okay people, so I'm thinking of taking custom orders for the bird feeders. I'm also thinking I can do 1 piece feeders approximately 4 inches wide by 5-6 inches high, and 3 piece feeders 4-5 inches wide by 5-6 inches high. The 1 piece feeders will be Beech, but the 3 piece feeders can have different wood roof for decoration. They would be £20 each plus p&p.
What does everyone think?
Woods for roof:
Beech (including spalted Beech)
Zebrano (the feeding bowl will stay as Beech as it's safe woods for birds)
