  • Vertical of La Grande Année in magnum format with Gilles Descotes Chef de Cave. 1) La Grande Année 1992 : 65% Pinot Noir 35% Chardonnay, around 8g/L of dosage. A complicated year with the gray rot, but but they made a great work cause they felt something interesting, but not a huge production right there. Amber and orange reflections, staying clear and generous. This was fine at the beginning, more powerful with warmth and showing great Pinot Noir touches. Honeyed, not so hard notes, quite opulent, Ripe side with plum and apricots notes, great minerals, delicate mushrooms, citrus, some evolution scents came after 15 minutes. Medium-bodied, so fine bubbles, fresher than expected with wonderful minerals, not so animal, balanced but a tickling feeling with the acidity. Coffee, breakfast flavors, ready to drink. 2) La Grande Année 2005 : Hard to be compared with an old Grande Année during the same session. Tinged robe, gold reflection, Fresh almond, flesh fruits, not so deep aromas, staying on classic Bollinger touches. Same toasted notes than the Magnum we tasted last January. An important citrus side came with green notes. Full-bodied, too sharp for me for now, nice aromatic, honey, chalky texture, good length. 3) La Grande Année 2008 : 71% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay. Tasted in Magnum, disgorged in November 2018. Pale gold dress, lots of delicacy from Chardonnay grapes, depth and great expression in the glass. Already complex, really enjoyed its slight toasted side, with some floral notes, apple, plum, minerals. Quite strict and young touches, but we understood the potential. Pure palate, dense, medium bodied, spicy and tangy for the middle mouth as I was saying (please see my previous post on Bollinger LGA 2008). Creamy and salty mouth, can’t wait to stock some !! —

ちょうどお誕生日が終わったばかりの子がいて、その話を聞いていたお店の人が、サプライズでケーキを用意してくれました💓

昨日はジムで60分のエアロの後、打ちっ放し2時間⛳️

体力はつくものの、ゴルフは難しくて、なかなか思うように上手くなりません🤣
だから、夢中になってしまうのか😁

La cantina la conosciamo e già ne abbiamo recensito il Feldmarschall e il Goldmuskateller (linea Turmhof), per questo appena vediamo il loro banco ci fiondiamo senza indugio! Per sentirci un po' a casa chiediamo l'assaggio sia dell'uno che dell'altro (che non si sa mai!) per chiudere in dolcezza con il loro Gewurztraminer vendemmia tardiva della linea Linticlarus da cui il Creativo, che va ghiotto di vini passiti e dintorni, è stato staccato a forza !😁 Ragazzi vi prego, assaggiarli se avete occasione: recentemente ho provato il Goldmuskateller con un antipasto a base di pesce e ho pensato di aver trovato il mio piccolo Nirvana! A Pasqua, per non sbagliare, lo ripropongo! Augurissimi a tutti...e non dimenticate di vinificare le feste!!🎊🥳🍾🥂

We know the cellar and we have already reviewed the Feldmarschall and the Goldmuskateller (Turmhof line), so as soon as we see their counter we sling without delay!  To feel a little at home we ask for the taste of both one and the other (which you never know!) To close with a late harvest of the Linticlarus line with their Gewurztraminer from which the Creativo, who is fond of wines  passiti and surroundings, it was forcibly detached! zGuys please, taste them if you have the opportunity: recently I tried the Goldmuskateller with a fish-based appetizer and I thought I had found my little Nirvana!  At Easter, so as not to make mistakes, repeat it!  Best wishes to all ... and do not forget to make wine for the holidays !!

Вот, например, в это воскресенье у нашего винного клуба под руководством @olesyavokueva прошло очередное заседание, на этот раз в @factura_kirov 🍷 Тут тебе и интересно, и полезно, и вкусно, и немного пяненько (но в меру!☝️)
В этот раз разбирали подачу вина в правильных бокалах, угощались сырами от @cheese.kirov и свежим хлебом из @breadandpizzaforfriends
