Woot woot day 17 is in the books!! 🎉😱 Almost through 21 days then it’s on for 6 weeks. Excited for the hubby to join forces with me.
This morning I felt fierce. I increased the amount of weight I was lifting for ground to overhead press. Wasn’t to sure. But I rocked it out. Also increased the amount of weight I was using for dumbbell deadlifts. 💪
I’ll be feeling it tonight. Yet, it means it’s working.
Best part is I was able to make it to part of the bonus round before class was over. Truly obsessed with being outside my comfort zone. 😉
