  • With a running clock start the row. At the 1-minute mark get off the rower and do one thruster, then resume rowing until the 2-minute mark. Do two thrusters, row until the 3-minute mark, do three thrusters, etc. until the 2K row is complete – or until you can no longer continue.⁠

  • Jiu Jitsu is hard and I still feel like I have no clue what I'm doing, but today was a lot of fun! 🇯🇵 I'm getting to showcase more of my game every competition as I learn how to open up, but still making mistakes. Thanks to the usual culprits who contribute to my Jiu Jitsu and vagabond lifestyle. Hoping to do better next time, as always.

  • It was an honor to present an Emmy Award to my dear friend @tessandrachavez who absolutely crushed it these past 2 seasons of @nbcworldofdance . I see how passionate and hard working she is, and to see it be recognized and appreciated with such a prestigious award like an Emmy brings a massive smile to my face. Huge shout out to all of the dancers she highlights in all of her work. They undoubtably contribute to those beautiful works of art:) Massive shout out to all the nominees. Each one of their pieces were stunning. The amount of hard work invested in them is beyond appreciated and admired.  #dance #wod #emmys

Mit diesen Allroundern, könnt ihr euren ganzen Körper auf Vordermann bringen. #effective .
1️⃣ in der ersten Übung nehmen wir uns die #plank als Grubdgerüsten und bringen den Core gleichzeitig ordentlich in Bewegung. Wir beugen, strecken und gehen dabei in leichte Rotation, wenn die Hand ordentlich zum Knie geführt wird! 🔥

2️⃣ in der zweiten Übung bleiben wir aufrecht in der #Squat Position. Neben aktiven Beintraining sowie #Mobility durch einen tiefen Squat, wollen wir hier Dein Gleichgewicht schärfen! Deshalb werden immer wieder Diagonale Ausfallschritte gemacht und Sprünge eingebaut! So bleibt auch alles schön explosiv! 💥

Ich hoffe ihr habt Spaß, aber habt es auch nicht zuuu einfach! Denkt dran, neue Bewegungen sind immer das effektivste Training für Deinen Körper! 🤓

Personal bests are a perfect way for you to record how you're developing in the gym. It gives you small goals to work towards and shows you're improvement when you hit them. ⁣
⁣
Recording your attempts like I have below can even further improve your technique. When I break this video down on myself I instantly spot several flaws I have to work on, but I'm still happy for hitting a PB. ⁣
⁣
For me this is a 92.5kg Power Clean & Jerk and considering my PB Clean and Jerk is 95kg, it shows how my numbers are improving and I'm close to the goals I have set for myself. ⁣
⁣
Advice from myself is to record your personal bests, no matter how small they are and just keep picking away at them. Consistency really is key when it comes to training and development. ⁣

  • #TOP5 TRÍCEPS ⚡El tríceps ocupa 2/3 del tamaño total del brazo, si quieren tener brazos visiblemente más grandes es ESENCIAL dar atención al entrenamiento de los tríceps; Hace años leí en un revista el entrenamiento de un atleta profesional que decía lo siguiente "Si quieres aumentar tu tríceps, concéntrate en los ejercicios que el movimiento baje detrás de tu cabeza" desde ese entonces mis movimientos han sido bastante básicos: Copa, Press francés, extensiones en polea, fondos, etc, teniendo en cuenta siempre que todos estos que les mencioné se pueden realizar y es importante variar si se realizan con mancuernas, barras, polea, el tipo de maneral de la polea etc, les comparto algunos ejercicios que pueden integrar en su rutina de brazo.

It’s fall! Here’s a pumpkin recipe o satisfy your Fall taste buds! 
Cooking Instructions:
1) Mix pumpkin and egg whites very well, then add in the honey
2) Mix all dry ingredients together (ie: protein and spices)
3) Heat pan to low-medium heat and coat with coconut oil (spray)
4) Pour batter to make 4-5 inch round pancake
5) Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side
6) Pancakes are done when golden brown

Nutrition Facts:
Serving size: 2 pancakes
Fat: 2g
Carbs: 11g
Protein: 10g

Today I did two metcons 
Gave myself a huge blister 
Practised handstands
And made a big sweat angel in the garage.

First time going for two CrossFit metcons in one day. I've done a metcon and a powerlifting session in one day but who hasn't? Right?! 1️⃣ 20 Mon AMRAP
10Handstand push ups scaled the height with a pad and a plate.
10 24inch box jump overs
10 Toes to bar
10 Single leg squats scaled to a bench.

I did 5 rounds and 20 reps (made it to round 6 and did the 10 hspu and 10 box overs)

2️⃣ Thrusters & Burpees for time
21,18,15,12,9,6,3 
I scaled to the barbell and completed in 15:17

I'm tired now and my blister is looking angry!

Безумный гребной марафон продолжается!

4 раунда из:
- 12 приседаний со штангой на плечах
- 12 жимов стоя
Затем:
- гребля 8 км
Сегодняшний результат - 41:45, что все же радует по сравнению с прошлыми результатами. По меньшей мере, удается поддерживать более или менее адекватную среднюю скорость на протяжении всей дистанции, совершая при этом минимальное количество остановок.
На следующей неделе будем грести 10 км 😈
