Full or part time?⌚ Great question and not one I'm sure has a straight forward answer.
The plan was that this would be a part time job to fit around my family.👨👩👦👦 Making my business work that way would mean I would still be able to do the school run and spend time after school with my boys.
The reality is that I probably work full time if you add all of the hours up. I use all of the school hours making cakes and running to and from various shops to get supplies that most evenings are spent doing the rest of the things that need to be done to keep running a business. This is why sometimes you'll receive replies to your messages at odd times.
I love it though. It's so rewarding seeing my little business grow. 😍
I'm sure anyone has the same tale to tell. How many extra hours to do you put into your day?
You have to work hard for the things you believe in and want. 💪
No matter how many times I fall, I always get back up. Failure is an inevitable part of life and if you live your life avoiding it then you are never going to grow. My advice to you is to fail fast and get right back up and try again, taking something you learnt with you. Nobody rode a bike the first time perfectly, just like nobody started walking as a baby and never fell down. We need to fall, hurt ourselves a little in order to get back up stronger. It doesn't matter how many times you fall, it doesn't matter how many times you fail, it doesn’t matter how many challenges life throws at you. As long as you get back up, dust yourself off and keep moving forward then you will be unstoppable!

Ever since recovering from sciatica and a herniated disk my target was to rehabilitate get back the flexibility, mobility and the confidence to straight bar deadlift again.
Part of that process was to hex bar deadlift.
But recently I've been doing straight bar.
Today, is a massive massive achievement for me to pull this off the ground.
To be able to straight bar deadlift 100kg again after being told I'd require surgery to correct my lower back - which would come with risk of ending up in a wheelchair.
And, to all you that criticised me and prolly still cant lift 100kg 🖕🖕🖕
Not only am I pulling 100kg - I'm doing it in my own gym with my name above the door.
Someone Wise once said "It's Okay not to know, but it's Never okay not toTry!!" How true this is. .... In a few weeks, I'll be hosting My 1st ever event and Workshop.....and I'm so looking forward to this. I can't believe how far I've come and where I find myself today! 🙏👍 Once a single parent, Living in a Hostel with my 3 kids and today a Credited Life Coach, Published Author, Fitness Presenter on Sky TV and a Mum to 4 Amazing kids. 👍 All this is a testimony to what is possible when you make the decision to move from where you are to where you want to be. 👌
