Sometimes in life we’re faced with a decision to jump / stay. Here I was like erm is this safe? 😆
I jumped and I’m still here 😁

Fear is a safety mechanism we have to keep us safe. This same mechanism can stop us from jumping at opportunities / meetings / embracing life fully. .
Next time it comes up, ask yourself:
✅ How’s my breathing and where is the fear in my body? ✅ What am I scared of? ✅ How realistic is what I’m scared of from happening?
✅ What happened in the past that confirms what I fear might happen?
✅ What could I loose out if I don’t take action?

  • • GOALS • ⠀⠀
2 years ago I started my personal styling business while working as a retail store manager.
My ultimate goal was to build my styling business so that when it was time to go back to work after having Laina I could work part time as a stylist and find myself a new part time role in a new industry. ⠀⠀
I absolutely love my styling work and I’m so amazed at how well it has gone so far but I know I’m not a Lone Ranger. Working purely for myself isn’t for me and I know I need to balance it with working within a team which I actually missed a bit while on maternity leave (I never thought I’d say that!) So I bit the bullet, put a lid on my retail managers career and I started in my new role on Monday. I’m not going to lie I was pretty nervous and as daunting as it felt I’m really enjoying the new challenge!  I have lots of styling bookings for the summer so all in all I couldn’t be happier with how things have turned out. ⠀⠀
Here’s to new chapters...oh and jumpsuits 💙

  • Good day at golf today. This year I want to be more accountable for the rounds I play and try to improve on each round. So....i will snapshot each round I play and keep these as a log here on our Instagram profile. Yes there will be good days and bad days but that's life. You can apply the same mindset in the gym. Some days you will have great workouts and some you will just feel like you have hit a wall. - however. . . . . Do not beat yourself up over this, you will only let it drive you backwards. Try to be accountable for your workouts, maybe keep a log of your workouts or follow a specific plan.

Ich bin gespannt..... Info zum Buchinhalt:
Volker Ebener hat mit dem von ihm initiierten und organisierten 1. FIBO Anamnese-Parcours 2018 eindrucksvoll die Möglichkeiten vorgestellt, die die Anamnese in der Praxis bietet. Es war überhaupt das erste Mal, dass die verschiedenen Bausteine der Anamnese gemeinsam präsentiert wurden. Über 400 Teilnehmer haben den Parcours begeistert durchlaufen!
Dieser Parcours hat dabei auch ganz praktisch deutlich gemacht, wie die Fitness- und Physiotherapiebranche von dieser Thematik profitieren können: Für die Studiobetreiber ist die Anamnese als Mitgliederbindungsinstrument relevant. Die neuen Mitglieder werden durch einen Einstiegs-Check-up abgeholt und durch regelmäßige Re-Checks (ca. alle 3 Monate) so betreut, dass die Trainingspläne regelmäßig angepasst werden können. Eine ergänzende Leistung für die Mitglieder, die im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Geld wert ist, da so Zusatzeinnahmen möglich werden.
Auch für die Physiotherapeuten bietet die Anamnese neue Möglichkeiten: Viele Patienten sind nach den angesetzten rezeptbasierten Behandlungszeiten nicht austherapiert.   • Day 5 (I think) in India...got to see another temple (don’t ask me which one though), saw a local tailor making clothes, a pick-up cricket game, fresh coconuts on the street which we obviously had to drink & eat, and ducks roaming around the work buildings who may either run up and say hi or maybe attack you! I can’t believe I have been here 5 days already and that I fly home tomorrow!! #indiaadventures #worklifebalance

✔️ Go to rev.com or temi.com and upload the file, order the transcript.
✔️ Check back in after a couple of hours and download the transcript. ✔️ Create a blog, newsletter, social media posts and images; slides and short teasers from the transcript. ✔️ Spread out the different type of content on the different social media platforms through out the week, month and even can schedule to get recycled in 3 months.

  • This little bottle of liquid SPF came in so handy on our trip. 🛣 First, It kept this Mama's makeup 👩‍👧‍👦in place all day long while playing on the beach🏖, hiking up to lighthouses and dusting sand off my kids before getting them into the mini van. Second, My hubby👨 forgot to apply mosturizer the morning ⛅we left and we had already started to drive and both kids + dog 🐶 fell back to sleep. I had the stay spray in my purse👜 and it helped add some moisture to his tight dry face until the first potty stop.
