1️⃣ Всё продукты должны быть свежие, никаких обработанных, переработанных, рафинированных продуктов ❗🍟🍕🥪
2️⃣Съедать 2-3 небольших тарелок овощей, ежедневно 🥦🥒
3️⃣Выпивать 3-4 литра воды🥤
4️⃣1/3 суточной нормы рациона должны быть не жирные источники белка✔️

  • Wide-stance squats can be a very effective exercise if they are correctly implemented in a program. 
In comparison with close stance sqats, they work an additional muscle group in your legs. This means you now work your hip extensors (hamstrings), your hip flexors (the quadriceps) and additionally your hip adductors (inner thighs)

Add to that a hip abductor exercise and a standing calf raise variation and you've got yourself a short killer leg workout.
