When you know it's going to be a lovely sunny day, isn't it nice to be able to get outside & incorporate a workout too? Well I think so 😂
Vitamin D + Endorphins = JOY 🌞

My 6 Week Group Get Shred Clients are set a weekly bonus workout each week that they can do at home, or in the gym. Last week I decided to test out the workout before I set it because it was a glorious day!

Complete it on a day like today & you'll catch a tan too...🌞
It takes 22-25mins max!

TABATA: 20s/10s x 8 (Work/Rest)

1️⃣Plank
2️⃣Hollow Tuck Hold

1️⃣Constant Tension Banded Split Squat
2️⃣High Plank Renegade Row

1️⃣Elbow Banded Press Up
2️⃣Banded Squat

1️⃣Banded Pull Aparts
2️⃣Frog Pumps

1️⃣Banded Shoulder Press
2️⃣Banded Lat Raise

You'll do both exercises 4 times each = 8 rounds. Then take 30secs rest and move onto your next paired set!   • We love our greens here at BBN. They are packed with potassium, fiber, Folate, iron and more. Our challenger has us drooling over this hummous based dish. Topped with spiced meat, nuts, pomegranate and of course a greeny green parsley.
Simple to make, delicious to eat and most of all a balance of all 3 Macros - Carbs, Fats and Protien.
