Leg day - Hamstring focused:
1.DEADLIFT - main exercise. ⭐️ After a month without doing any variation of deadlift. .
Started with 60*1*15 -> 80*2*10 -> 100*1*6 -> 110*4*4.
2.Banded Barbel glutes bridge 4*12 SS Banded kickbacks.
3.High & wide stance Leg press 4*(8-10). 4.Machine leg curl- 3*(10-12) single leg + 2 Drop set (both legs, till failure). 5.Dumbbell leg curl on bench 4*10.
6.Dumbbell RDL 3*15 SS Seated calf raises 3*15.

This lift just shows that if you put in the work, trust the process, and give your best, results will follow. 315lbs was just an impossible dream before. But now, it's fcking reality. We got more work to do this week. Feels good to start with a banger 🔥
