Many people have received incredible transformation from the 5 day journeys I host every few months with you all.⭐️ Just reading the posts in the group from a recent 5 day journey I came upon this...   • Enjoying the views in Candidasa. This is one of the more peaceful places I have visited in Bali. 🥰

Tomorrow I fly out to India for a 2 months. I'll be travelling for a month, before I head to an ashram in India. I'll be doing more teacher training with a big focus on yoga therapy.

This is a series my gorgeous friend @victoriamelene named ‘The Crystal Special’. I do this exact series every single morning and it is the reason my chronic low back pain is manageable and it keeps me on track no matter what kind of training I do.

Calve Stretch:
Stepping on a block, drop the heel down and allow the tissue in the feet and the calves to open.
Hold for 1-2 mins

Dragon:
Favorite. Pose. Ever.
Low lunge with the front knee stacked over the heel and the back knee resting on the ground.
Opens the psoas, hip flexors and back quad.
Hold 1-5 mins. (Start with 1-2 mins)

Pigeon Pose
Resting on the front shin, be sure the front knee is pain-free and the stress from the pose is in the hips or glutes.
Hold 1-5 mins (Start with 1-2)

Sphinx/Seal
Rest on the forearms, elbows under the shoulder (adjust to your bone structure) allow the low back to create its natural curve. For more intensity, straighten the arms for Seal. Be sure there’s no pain in the low back.

  • 👌👆 Que liberador es hacerse consciente de esos patrones y poder soltarlos para hacer de esta Vida lo que querramos!!! No es que sea tan fácil porque algunos están arraigados desde la infancia, cómo semillitas que sin querer Padres, familiares, amig@s cultivaron y nosotros seguimos regando. Entonces cada vez que sucede algo vemos desde ese patrón. 
El estar más atent@ y consciente hace que nos auto observemos, tanto pensamientos cómo actitudes y podamos identificar si estamos reaccionando desde esos esquemas mentales arraigados en nuestro interior y así ir soltando. Porque poco a poco cuánto más luz le demos a esa parte de nosotros más consciente se va hacer y ahí empieza la transmutación.
