Forcing the stagnant things around me to show up so I can release them.
No it’s not easy and it’s a back and forth process of trying, trying again until I become clear enough of what’s aligning with my hearts purpose. If it’s not contributing to growth and ease, it needs to go.
I know that may sound harsh and I used to think the same but we ALL are here to experience peace, joy, freedom and be of service to the world in some way. If things are hindering us in our path it has to be let go of.
I focussed on this in meditation this morning - asked for forgiveness for holding on and with all the love in my heart, let a few things go. 💫💫💫

If you‘re afraid to handstand freely, then don’t! It’s simple. Use the wall until you can stand freely at the wall. Practice these drills to work on strength and stability in the upper back & core.

С ВЕСНОЙ🦄🌱!!! С астрономической весной, друзья. Сегодня в 00:58 по Москве наступил период равноденствия.
А еще сегодня полнолуние.
Кто-то советует в это время загадывать желания, кто-то рекомендует сделать уборку, кто-то советует отдохнуть. Что ж, думаю все эти советы имеют место быть.
Хотя мне кажется, что убираться не плохо бы не только в полнолуние и равноденствие, а почаще. Как говорят:"Порядок в доме - порядок в уме". Да и желания в любом случае будут подталкивать нас к деятельности. Иначе мечты так и останутся мечтой. Другое дело как формулировать желания. Когда это что-то абстрактное, этому сложно реализоваться во что-то конкретное. Будьте точны в своих желаниях. Но отслеживайте куда, к чему ведут вас ваши помыслы.
А еще отдых. Это тоже немаловажное состояние. Когда вы в покое, вся суета отступает, есть возможность проследить вектор вашего движения. Есть возможность наполниться энергией для новых свершений.
Все в нашей вселенной гармонично. Движение планет, энергий, все со всем взаимодействует. Давайте придерживаться этой гармонии и не создавать лишний хаос.

reminder that it is okay to take space for yourself and to do what you need to do for yourself. That it is okay to say No to anything or anyone — family, friends, strangers. You don’t have to give a reason or explanation as to why. No is all you need. It is okay to block people, remove people from your life — without worrying about hurting feelings to trying to make everyone happy.
It is okay to put yourself first and to take care of your health before others.
life and social media takes a lot of all of us — putting up boundaries and knowing when to say no/enough is vital to keeping a healthy relationship with it all. Don’t be afraid to put those boundaries up, you deserve to have boundaries and to have others respect them.

Part1: Flowing through a panic attack. This is some real shit. I can hardly think of the next pose to go into because my mind is flooded and overwhelmed. You can’t turn it off. I want to just curl up in a ball and cry. It’s put me in the hospital. It’s cost me relationships. It’s cost me beautiful nights out with friends. It’s like having a parent for the rest of your life constantly telling you “no, you can’t do that.” Sleep is all that remedies it for me. Mindfulness helps. Yoga helps. But those are temporary distractions. You have no idea how powerful the mind is until you sit, flooded with fear, trying to think of anything but that fear. My heart feels like it’s going to pound right out of my chest. My arms are on fire but my body is cold and trembling. Please know that when people experience anxiety there is nothing you can do to help. It’s internal. It’s a fight that I have to fight on my own. I would never wish it on anyone but I wish everyone could experience it once. I want to run away, quit everything, retreat, surrender. As I sit here, resting for the past two hours my heart rate has not dropped below 125 bpm. It’s fuxking scary. So please...please be kind and understanding to those who suffer. You have no idea what it’s like.

This recipe uses iceberg (or any firm/crunchy lettuce) as a low calorie bread replacement! People will either love or hate this method! So just in case you aren’t a fan of this... simply use only one slice of cheese and use a low calorie burger bun 🍔 The cheese used in this burger is also 50% reduced fat, so it’s lower calories than regular cheese, along with under 5% fat minced meet! ⠀
Muscle Gain 💪
This recipe contains regular non reduced fat cheese, higher fat% mince meat and a burger bun to increase the calories of the burger 🍔 this is because muscle is gained more efficiently when your body is in a calorie surplus. Oh! And feel free to add some 🥓 if you need more calories ⠀
Recipe Instructions ✍️
My favourite way to make these burgers taste delicious is to use a grill ♨️ season your mince meat with an Italian herb mix, black pepper & pink salt for maximum taste bud explosion 👀👅 ⠀
PS - You can still have carbs in the fat loss version! It won’t hinder your progress unless you over consume and push your caloric intake into a maintenance ⠀
Pro Tip 🗣 For the fat loss burger, use 1 calorie olive oil spray & for the muscle gain, use a teaspoon of regular olive oil to really maximise that bulk + taste ⠀
