  • Пришел конец моим скитаниям... #ноэтонеточно 
И сейчас мне как-никогда хочется заземлиться и приступить к достижению приоритетной цели.

Планы на эту весеннюю пору у меня почти наполеоновские: с мая снова изменится расписание, где вас ждет кое-что интересное✨, плюс готовится полезный материал для тех, кто обращается ко мне с одинаковыми вопросами о своем здоровье.

Теперь не про работу🌸.
В ближайший месяц больше всего я хотела бы сделать: ▫️ расхламление дома. Взять, наконец, и выкинуть/отдать/сдать вещи, о которых не вспоминала как минимум год. ▫️разделить одежду на ту, что можно носить и ту, что уже никогда не надену и отдать ее в переработку ▫️сделать генеральную уборку: помыть окна, постирать шторы, перестирать все покрывала ▫️проверить срок годности у всей косметики, лекарств и бытовой химии ▫️принять решение, какие книги сохранить и почему, остальные отдать. Все есть в электронном виде ▫️уехать за город и устроить первый пикник на природе, не используя гаджеты ▫️покататься на велосипеде по городу под теплым солнышком. 
Первые шаги уже начаты, а, как правило, это самый сложный этап. Дальше будет легче☺️ Что из этого списка вами уже осуществлено?

  • From nurse life to yoga life!

Worked with the kiddos all day and then headed right to the studio for 60 minutes to myself!

To re-center, re-focus, let the day go and get prepared for another work day!

The 60 minutes on my mat is pure happiness and joy! It’s 60 minutes devoted to myself and no one else. No one calling me, no one shouting “nurse”, no doctors looking for me, no upset parents, just ME!

My yoga practice has made me a better nurse and an overall better person! It continues to change my life on a daily basis and I could not be more thankful!

Our Earth is the one thing all of us have in common. May we all show love & respect to our Mother Earth and all its inhabitants🥰 today and always🌞 .

. ♻️♻️♻️it doesn’t take much to make a difference! Here’s some helpful tips that I try and follow :) REDUCE: by smart w your mula💸 reduce your carbon footprint by buying durable goods that generally run longer & save landfill space! Ex: buying and using real silverware & plates vs disposable ones
REUSE: be better about repurposing items! We don’t need brand new ‘everything’ Ex; old jars, thrift shopping, reusable water bottles vs disposable bottles
RECYCLE: don’t be lazy! Separate your recyclables! Look for the blue can when your out and about🌏

Silence is a source of great strength
.
That it’s probably rare when we have a moment alone to sit and reflect on our life, coz we always moving at a crazy fast pace; so fast. 
Solo travel is the best moment to slow it down... to turn our focus inwards, gives us the perfect opportunity for a little self reflection, no more processing the thoughts and feelings of others, just “me”. The little solitude provides the perfect environment for reflection.
I do enjoy it. But a lot of my friends ask me “why not travel with the one you love?!”
Coz I’m picky, never travel with someone I love, always solo; not sure how it feel.... I do looking forward but maybe it will happen this year? Maybe one day? Or maybe never.

This morning I feel ‘LOVE’, not because today is the VDay! 
He said “I don't need to be jealous because I know who I'm waking up to kiss” this is what make me feel love. .
Love makes us smile, it makes us giggle and it makes us rejoice in the little moments we share together. 
In other words, love creates happiness in us as human beings. 
First time and I hope we will have more Vday.
