We all know part of any spiritual practice is going inward.
To gain insight into our behavioral patterns and how they are effecting your life and your relationships.
So the next time you believe someone is doing you wrong think about this:
Before you lash out,
Before you slam their name and make you’re own conclusions.
Take a long look in the mirror and make sure what you’re saying isn’t just a reflection of you.
That you’re not just projecting your insecurities externally.
Notice if there’s a pattern in your life with the way you’re being “treated”
Have you every thought that the common theme in all situations may be yourself?

  • Pause and notice what is asking your attention. What needs your awareness? It’s probably not your phone. What are the sensations in your body and how do you interpret them? Are you anxious or stressed? Where is the breath held? Inhale deeply. Hold it. Exhale slowly. Repeat. I need daily reminders to stop and breathe and so here’s a reminder for myself and anyone reading

  • Some days I feel on top of the world, other days it feels more like rock bottom. Some days I amaze myself and then other days I put my phone in the washing machine! Some days I’m happy, other days I’m sad. Some days I eat healthily, other days I eat everything I can get my hands on. And that’s ok. Nobody’s perfect. It’s all part of being human. There will always be ups and downs. Life is about finding a balance and enjoying the journey 💫

  • Как то, просматривая стриc. Много кто упомянул свою статистику. И %соотношении м и ж у всех разное. 
Вот решила проверить свой и поняла что м у меня 51%. Ну конечно, что удивительного если у меня есть фото в купальниках, и тем более иногда и йога в нем))
Меня это особо не тревожит) хохо 
Страница открыта, кто хочет тот и смотрит))) мне фиолетово))
Но, эти алгоритмы инст, меня на самом деле напрягают. Ограничения во всем. И я полезла в свои 11т ииии....
Я вчера удалила 600человек😳🤦🏻‍♀️ Мужики, мужиками. Но емае .  Выложили 2 свои фотки и по 5-7 тыщ подписок. Конечно, кто меня увидит?!))
Прям полегчало)))
Как буд то полку вычистила с ненужными вещами)) а это, вы знаете, ну очень я люблю))
Хорошего дня! И знайте, привязанность это и хорошо, но это страдание!))😏👌😁 Лёгкости во всем!

I can’t BELIEVE we only have two weekends left! 😳 I got asked today how my training was & how I feel. To keep it simple - I feel loved, worked, grounded, humbled, strong, soft, connected & inspired. These past 9 months have been quite the journey and so glad I’ve had my kula there cheering me on & giving me the strength I always had inside me. 🥰 I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again- there is something magical being in a room with 15 other souls who just wanna be kind humans and spread that kindness out into the world around them 🌎

Після #акройогафотосет я зробила висновок, що акройога - це про єднання та дружбу! Щоб без страху дати тримати себе нагорі треба цілком довіряти партнеру. Тобто уявляється романтика, коли ти така падаєш на його руки, він підхоплює тебе і крутить на руці, а потім перекидає на іншу руку. Як в фігурному катанні або балеті.
А у тебе при цьому розслаблене лице з виразом щастя.
Насправді відбувається це все трішечки не так) Ні, буває і так, але тільки якщо ви давно займаєтеся акро-йогою, або ви вчитель акро-йоги, або вас тримає і направляє вчитель акро-йоги...

Тоді був інший випадок. Молоді люди на фото ніколи не займалися акро-йогою, але вони довго практикували традиційну хатху. І вони є один одному близькі люди.

⁃ Тримай мене ⁃ Я тримаю! ⁃ Ні, ти не тримаєш! ⁃ Та тримаю! ⁃ Руку не туди, а сюди став! Я падаю! ⁃ Ні, я тримаю! Ноги/руки рівно?

Треба віддати належне, вони тримали фігуру достатньо для того, щоб я навіть декілька кадрів зробила.

І фігур теж було декілька, покажу тут найкращі 😍.

1️⃣#акройога - це весело, красиво і не так вже і складно, якщо ви кілька років мали досвід з хатхи, маєте силу у м‘язах та свідому обережність, і ваш партнер так само терплячий, як @truecalmheart.
2️⃣після фотосету захотілося затягнути чоловіка на заняття акро-йогою.
3️⃣це було дуже круто і треба обов‘язково повторити #акройогафотосесія.

  • ᵂᴱᴿᴮᵁᴺᴳ Tight hamstrings anyone? I know. 🥴 These are my favorite quick ten minute stretches after a long day at the office. 🙌🏻 I also use this one as part of my front splits warm up.

👉🏻 HALF SPLIT LIFTS AND LOWERS: keep your hips square to your mat and lengthen from the low back. Keep the hamstring engaged. Depth is not important here.

👉🏻 LOW LUNGE TO HALF SPLITS: keep your belly button glued to your thigh. Lengthen your back and lead the stretch with the heart. Go back and forth until you feel a release.

👉🏻 PYRAMID LIFT AND LOWERS: hips are square like in half splits, spine long. For an extra stretch come onto the tip toe of the back leg when you go forward and the heel of the front leg when you go back.

👉🏻 STANDING SPLITS WITH WALL: be sure to feel warm for this and only go as far as feels comfortable. The hips will be square again and you can use the hands as leverage to push yourself closer to the wall. (Under no circumstances do you need to do a full split here!)
