  • A few days ago someone asked, if I could speak to my younger self WHAT WOULD I SAY TO HER?

And actually I didn’t know how strongly that  A. I would feel about it . B. I would already know exactly what I wanted to say - I didn’t think I had the answer within me.

And so I thought I would share what I wrote and also ASK YOU the same question - either to use as a journal prompt or tell me about it BELOW (maybe we can discuss and I’ll share some of our ideas 🤗) Because it turns out that the answer to who you want to be is there, it’s just maybe you didn’t realise it

It’s okay to fail. It’s okay not to be perfect.
Embrace it; embrace messy.
Do not tread so carefully.
Live life to the fullest. So wholly. Adventure lots. 
Have as much fun as you can, and love everything. 
P.s your body is NOT (and can never be) your obstacle to happiness

If you follow my stories you probably saw that I had a couple of rough days.. so bad that I ended up in the hospital 🏥.. the thing with me is that I don’t know when to stop and that has been my problem since I was a kid. After experiencing what I think was food poisoning (spent the whole night vomiting 🤢) I went to class the next day and decided to do the cleanse that we were working on class that day🤦🏽‍♀ Of course I gave myself a severe dehydration 😔.. I feel so much better now and I am so thankful that I decided to go to the hospital (believe me that was not an easy decision for me, especially because it involved missing classes😢), but to be honest I don’t know what would have happened if I decided to stay in school instead, I was feeling so weak, I couldn’t even go up the stairs. But its all good now🙌🏼, and this experience taught me so many things especially the importance of listening to our body! we need to stop fighting against it and just let it be, your body always has the answer🙏🏻💛

  • A good or a bad preparation for a pose can determine a lot when it comes to our yoga practice. -
Our experience, the feeling during the pose even the way that we think about this or not pose depend a lot on the way that we approach it during class!

I am a big fan or repetition. I believe this is the way you can achieve a deeper understanding on what it is you are practicing. By repeating n exploring the difference n the shifts your body n mind makes on every flow.

My classes are based on that. We repeat flows, adding on gradually till we are fully prepared for the peak pose. -

  • In the end, even though I’m not there yet, the things that make us happy and feel better are what really matter. Why do we take so much time out of our lives, listening to what others tell us to do, or what we should be doing?! If I listened to those people I would not be where I am today. People are going to doubt you. They are going to see your hardships and say things like “you are going to have to get a real job” before they ever see what your are manifesting in your head. They get so use to the life we are told every day growing up that we have to live, that when someone steps out of that “norm” it is scary, frowned upon, and looked at with no supportive behavior for the general direction you want to go. And maybe it’s because they don’t want to see you succeed. Maybe it’s because they love you and hate to see the struggle building something from the ground up causes. Maybe they don’t understand. What am I saying, they don’t!! Understand. But as long as you do...then you keep doing you. Some how and in some way everything will work out. You will find a way to grow. Keep believing in yourself and the universe will continue to be there when you send your energy out to the world❤️🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀️Music: Where Am I Going

  • Вчера мне сказали, что я как трансформер.

Цепляюсь и увлекаюсь разными формами деятельности и горю в них!
Наверное, мои родители или бабушки или ещё кто то из «того общества» сказали бы мне - займись чем то одним!!! Но я настолько мультизадачная, многоталантная, что как же я могу все это в себе прятать? 😂

☘️Ну давайте в этом блоге начнём с того, что я йог
☘️Но дальше я ещё мастер по наращиванию ресниц
☘️владелец студии ресничных дел
☘️матерь двух сумашедших котанов
☘️я певица
☘️спортсменка
☘️я девушка с татуировками и иногда с дредами
☘️я обучаю ресницам
☘️помогаю людям, которые в этом нуждаются
☘️я веду 3 блога (но тут, если честно хватает меня только на 2, 3й загибается😂) ☘️я постоянно путешествую
☘️я все время мечтаю и реализую свои мечты очень быстро
☘️мечтаю организовать йога тур на красной поляне

Ну в смысле-займись чем-то одним? 😂 зачеееем?

  • I actually owned a photography business about 10 years ago and back then there was no instagram. Photography was just different. 
Nowadays I feel like there’s so much more creativity, and an almost run-and-gun vibe especially for Instagram. A very “shoot whatever you can and figure it out in editing later” vine haha! 
So today I spent the day teaching @shannons_shannonigans how to use a camera for @thebranded.group . Exciting things coming sooooon.
  • I actually owned a photography business about 10 years ago and back then there was no instagram. Photography was just different.
    Nowadays I feel like there’s so much more creativity, and an almost run-and-gun vibe especially for Instagram. A very “shoot whatever you can and figure it out in editing later” vine haha!

*proceeds to do it on the first try*
It's so easy to see something and feel that because its unfamiliar to your body/current vibration that therefore could never be a match or absorbed into your experience, but we are so much more capable than we realize, in every way, when we OWN our strengths rather than act from weakness. of course we all have areas where we can grow, but sooooo often we err on the side of safety and say we cant do something because we are addressing where we are weak only, rather than choosing to focus on why we WOULD be able to achieve something. trying a new shape and failing doesnt have the same flavor as launching a business and failing, BUT STILL, it's a mindset that is seeded in all the big things and then permeates the every day actions too. I'm so tired of telling myself no, based on how I feel in one fleeting moment. There is an inner, unchangeable, indestructible power and presence and strength that is ALWAYS there, no matter how my life looks on the outside. Just doing this pose was a huge reality check and metaphor for me to notice where I was telling myself "no i cant" in other areas of my life and vision. I'm so thankful yoga allows me to physically manifest and express the emotional and conceptual experiences I have within and understand Truth, with every shape and breath, over and over and over again.

  • Happy Friday Y'all! This #fuelbetterfeelbetterchallenge this week is about forgiveness. Forgiving self inflected pain, forgiveness others who may have knowing or unknowingly harmed you. Whatever your past..its not the past 5hat needs your attention. Live. Learn. Love. And let go. Let for of the #fomo, let go of the adult critic, let go of the hidden agenda,  let go of the unwritten rule of engagement. Let go of all the BS weighing you down and failing to lift you back up into the future you seek, know, trust and believe. .
It's not out hearts that keep us down, it's our minds. Let go of the conditioned native you have held like they last child like thing you decided you may have outgrown but not let ready to but it in a box you can reminisce when the time comes..let go of sulking, cursing, ignoring the lesson.

It's time you. Stop cornering yourself and take back your essence. You are grit and grace. You are love and loyalty. You are tough and tender. Hold your truth. Own your path and lessons within the rhythms.

Meditation: Find a comfortable position your right hand on your belly and left hand on your chest.and repeat this mantra 5 -10  times. They breathe into stillness carry your breathe into the sensation that pulls your attention. Try sitting for 5 mins or more.

  • Canım öğrencilerimle dün konuştuğumuz bir konu bugünkü meditasyonumdan sonra içimde yankılanıyor. Birkaç şey söyleme ihtiyacı duyuyorum.
💫Sanılanın aksine huzur dışardan içeri doğru değil, içeriden dışarıya doğru olan, oluşan bir şeydir.
💫Bu sebeple, yoga yapmak için huzurlu, sessiz, sakin bir yer aramayız.
💫Aksine, her an ve her şartta huzuru içimizde hissedebilmek ve etrafımıza yayabilmek için yoga yaparız. Başlarda sakin ve sessiz bir yerde yoga yaparız evet - mesela stüdyolarda size böyle bir ortam sunarız- ama burda amacımız sizi hazırlamak, motive etmektir.
💫Bu nedenle, başta canım öğrencilerim, sonra bunu okuyan hevesli dostlarım yoga yapmak ya da yogaya başlamak için huzurlu bir anı beklemeyin. Hemen şimdi şu an başlayın.
💫Bazen öğrencilerim “hocam işler yoğun olacak” deyip derslere ara verir. Tam da aslında o zamanlarda yoga yapmak gerekir. Çünkü genellikle bu zamanlar çok travmatiktir. Ama genellikle iş işten geçince fark ederiz. Bana yoga terapiye gelen çoğu kişi bu süreçten kendini mahfetmiş olarak gelir ve geriye döndürmek ve oluşmuş hastalıkları (fibromiyalji, migren, sinir sistemi deformasyonu, omurga sorunları, panik atak, kabızlık, romatoid artrit, vb...) geri çevirmek için uzunca bir çalışma yaparız.😰
💫Erteleyen, bahane bulan, şikayet eden, muhteşem bir yer, zaman ve mekan arayan zihindir. Ah şu zihin ve onun istekleri🤦‍♀️🥴🤭🤔

Jadi bersyukurlah pada proses itu

Sama halnya apabila kita bertemu dengan orang baru di kehidupan kita. Sebenarnya alam semesta yang menarik kita untuk bertemu dengan jiwa tersebut - memberikan pelajaran dan kesadaran seketika tentang hidup

Perjalanan hidup memang misteri. Tapi jangan dibikin ribet, hidup itu simple. Berposes ke dalam saja dan menikmati keseimbangan antara dualitas hidup
