Breathe in for a count of 4.
Pause and hold your breath for a 4 count.
Exhale evenly for a 4 count.
And hold again for a 4 count,

Right after the pause,
just before you take that next inhale.
When your body starts to feel that anxiety..
But you intensity your mental focus and hold strong just a litttttle bit longer .... Then ahhhh😌😌
that inhale rushes in,
Your lungs expand,
You feel the fullness,
And you’re ready, you’re equipped for the next hold... Because you know that you’ve been there before and you can do it again. You know that when tension hits, that you can hold strong just a tiny bit longer, and it will get better. The pain will stop, the discomfort will ease, and you’ll start feeling ALIVE✨
This deep breathing exercise has been helpful AF for when those nassttyyy panic attacks hit and you feel like you can’t get out of that state 😣
When you allow yourself to move through the tension, and allow the tension to show you your strength, your grit, your determination. It’s empowering 👏🏼 And when you see how you can develop your internal strength through a simple breathing exercise like this... you’ll see how you can also apply that strength to other situations in life that are challllenngginngg 😫😒

I know a lot of people that struggle with this one, myself included. I think the other B word that goes hand-in-hand with balance is boundaries. Whether it’s boundaries placed on work, indulgences, family or friends, keeping our boundaries helps us keep our balance. If you are struggling to keep those boundaries for whatever reason, make sure you’re taking self-care measures so you don’t get burnt out! MEDITATE- CREATE- FOCUS- EXERCISE- DECOMPRESS! Let me know some boundaries you’re working on below and do your best to be a f🧘🏾♀️cking balanced babe!
The space in between where you are and where you’re going. It’s a space where mistakes happen, where you get hurt. Sometimes over and over and over again until you learn to find a different way...But within the perhaps messy transition is a beautiful chaos that contains the sweetest thing of all...your life. Turning 30 in a few months has me in deep thought almost constantly lately! What have I accomplished? What have I learned? How have I grown?(You should most definitely expect a lot of reflection posts for the rest of the year 😅)
Although I do less physical yoga than I used to, I've never felt more at home with myself. I'll be sharing more on that, but for now, my latest realization is how deeply I feel like so much of my life has been a transition to these moments in my life. These moments which seem to be filled more with my loved ones, good friends, juicy conversations, more so than any point in my life so far! Thank you to my friends on here who have been apart of those moments 😊🙏
