Every day of this challenge, I’ll be sharing the major themes of each days card & a little bit more info about tarot cards!
Todays card is The World 🌎 When this card is upright, the major themes from it are integration, completion, accomplishment, and obv travel! When this card is picked in reverse, the major themes from it are finding short-cuts, seeking personal closure, and delays.
The Minor Arcana Cards in a tarot deck include the suits (like a regular card deck). However, in a tarot deck, the four suits are Wands, Swords, Pentacles & Cups. All decks have ace - 10 of these suits + a page, knight, king, and queen.
Use your intuition. Which yoga pose first comes to mind when you hear these themes?
To me, I thought of #Headstand#Sirsasana when I imagined which asana represented completion & accomplishment for me. It gives me the ability to travel to a new perspective. As someone who was a breach baby, flipping my perspective is a literal birthright to me... I absolutely love being upside down!

When we just started practicums, I discovered that almost in every posture there’s something I need to improve.
First reaction was sadness. I’m not that perfect I was thinking about myself. And with every new posture my confidence was disappearing more and more.
“That’s not, what you’re here for!” - I told myself. And shifted my perception of situation.
I’m here for learning, for improvement, for deep understanding! Since that moment I became very attentive. And not only for my own body, but for postures of other people. Cause I really wanna know, how to help in correcting different cases.
That’s a priceless experience. Cause when you’re in the class, you’ll never get that much attention. Only if you’re practicing with a private teacher. About practice with a video we’re not even talking.
New wave of understanding my body just covered me! And that’s awesome!
That’s why people, who are not planning to become yoga teachers, also come to the training - to become aware of their bodies (but not only.)

Когда мы только начали практикумы, я поняла, что практически в каждой позе мне есть что исправить.
Первой реакцией было огорчение. Я не так уж и идеальна, как о себе думала. И с каждой новой позой моя уверенность в себе испарялась все больше и больше.
«Это не то, зачем ты здесь!» - сказала я себе. И изменила своё восприятие ситуации.
Я здесь для обучения, улучшения, понимания! С того момента я стала очень внимательной. И не только к своему телу, но и к позам окружающих. Потому что я реально хочу знать, как помогать корректировать разные случаи.
Это бесценный опыт. Когда ты на занятии, ты никогда не получаешь столько внимания. Ну разве что занимаешься с учителем индивидуально. Про практики под видео вообще молчу.

Já foi um grande problema praricar este asana... o medo era se danificar minha coluna e ficar o resto da vida com dores. Minha coluna é meu calcanhar de Aquiles. Se dói, é a hora de parar. Let’s keep it real: I don’t know if it is the full moon or what (Ubud talk here 😂) but I’ve been dealing with a lot of emotional stuff these last couple weeks....and it’s been INTENSE! And according to my friends’ fb and insta accounts it seems I’m not the only one.
Personally, it’s been a beautiful, heart opening, super insightful, and at times frustrating AF journey, and the most powerful tool I’ve found has been going back to the body and consciously choosing what I wanna feel (AKA stop buying so hard into my own stories and proactively creating fertile soil for growth and goodness)
I mean, old stories, self doubt, anxiety, stress, whatever it is, it will STILL be there even if I focus on “fixing it”....and bringing attention to the perceived “flaws” just makes me go into an amplified spiral of said “flaw”. (example: If I focus, judge and resent the fact that I’m feeling insecure, I usually feel more insecure and end up in a grumpy mood or negative head space because “How on earth I still haven’t overcome this issue?!?”)
Now....yummy alternative: what about simply focusing on FEELING how you wanna feel WHILE you pay loving attention to the unfolding insights, actually put on some work on what needs to be resolved (pretty damn important point) and stay present to the realisations that your soul is going through?
In practical terms: for example, if I feel insecure, I tap into my body, feel where the insecurity resides, say “oh hey you, here you are” (no judgment, labeling or resistance), let the feeling flow like a hot air balloon and then proceed to actively choose and embody how I wanna feel.
Boom! Automatically expanding joy, self confidence, empowerment, creating a sense of possibility and a positive outlook in life, which ends up in a, right here-right now improved mood = fertile soil for growth!
I’m still mastering this little hack, and when I nail it, gosh!, life starts to become a stack of good, yummy, fun and inspiring little moments!

There was a pink “blue” full moon in Libra on Friday. Very magical. The moon's gravitational pull moves our oceans. And because we are made of water, we are moved too.

Gratitude such a simple yet powerful word. In life we cross many different paths but with gratitude in your heart each road becomes easier to cross.
