Can I reveal something personal? I work because I want to work from home in yoga pants. It’s true, and it’s a great perk! But something that pushes me even beyond that is thinking of how my work makes you healthier, stronger and more confident. I have to say, it’s pretty powerful. I always try and tell people the reality of adding weight to the bar forever and often it just doesn't seem to click in their heads. One has to just run the math of adding weight to the bar. For example, if you are squatting 300x10 currently and you add a "measly 5 pounds" per week to the bar this ends up to be 560x10 reps in only one years time of training. Do you really think this is reasonable? Especially for someone who has been training for awhile.
I SEGRETI PER CREARE UNA NUOVA ABITUDINE (positiva!!!) Chi di noi non si è mai posto l'obiettivo di inserire nella quotidianità una nuova abitudine?? E poi magari dopo qualche "ricaduta" nelle vecchie abitudini che si vogliono eliminare in favore di quella nuova abitudine positiva, decidere di mollare...
Perché non ce la si fa, perché di natura non si è costanti, perché non si vedono immediatamente i risultati attesi ecc..... Ecco i segreti per non "fallire": • Essere SICURI che quella nuova abitudine sia davvero utile e positiva per te!!! La convinzione è la base di ogni nuovo percorso che si vuole intraprendere...qualunque cosa essa sia...che sia svegliarsi mezz'ora prima la mattina, andare a correre, eliminare o inserire nuovi alimenti nella quotidianità...
• Sapersi PREMIARE..è importante, soprattutto durante i primi giorni, saper celebrare ogni piccolo progresso che si fa verso questa nuova abitudine...anche se non la si porta a termine nel modo desiderato...il solo fatto di aver fatto un piccolo passo verso, merita una premiazione...solo trascorsi i primi giorni, allora si deve modificare il meccanismo di premiazione, che arriverà solo al compimento effettivo e atteso di quella nuova azione.
• NON FRUSTRARSI per le dimenticanze o gli errori...è naturale che accadano!!! Ma non smettere mai di ricordarti il punto precedente ed il giorno dopo riparti da li....premiati!!!!!
• Una volta superato quelle fasi, e resa più comune quella nuova abitudine, non ti premierai più ogni volta, e pensarai che ormai sia diventato automatico...ATTENZIONE...Non sottovalutare l'importanza di mantenere RINFORZI POSITIVI ad intervalli!!!! Non premiarti più ogni giorno, ma poniti obiettivi più grandi come una settimana, un mese e così via... Queste regole d'oro valgono per tutti, ognuno con i propri tempi...non esiste un numero magico di giorni, ore, ripetizioni ecc....

•a primordial epiphany• A fair while back ago, my herb school buddies and I used to say it's so old school it's new. The type of jewellery I've made recently reminds me of this. We have access to incredibly ancient wisdoms, the ones of Pangea, the primordial motherboard. As our surface world gets more unstable, it's incredibly valuable to remember that our wee lives are but a split second across the vast spans of the ages. We simply don't know how these next years will go down, as the climate is changing far more rapidly than most of us can get our heads around. Recently arriving home in the U.K. to summer-like heat, shocked and jolted me, yet again. I am not big on the saving the planet concept. It doesn't seem to me that the human mind can get around the rise and falls that have happened for aeons on this planet. I simply think it is far too complex for us as a race to control at this point. I tend more towards the thinking that we humans are the ones who are scrambling to figure out how to live into this tremendous predicament we find ourselves in. That the most effective changes we can make happen internally, in our homes and communities. SCHOKOLADE MACHT GLÜCKLICH 💕 UND IST GESUND 😋😜!!! / CHOCOLATE MAKES YOU HAPPY AND IS BENEFICIAL FOR YOUR HEALTH 😍! Deshalb gab es bei mir heute nach dem Training 🏋️♀️ diesen leckeren SCHOKO-ERDNUSS SHAKE:
🍫 20 g Erdnussmus
🍫 1,5 TL Kakaopulver, schwach entölt
🍫 100 ml Kokosmilch, cremig (Dose)
🍫 2 EL Eiweißpulver (hier: #herbalife F1 Shakepulver Schololade)
🍫 1/4 TL gemahlene Vanille 🍫 180 ml Wasser
Alle Zutaten im Mixer mixen. Den Drink in ein Glas füllen und mit Kakaopulver fein bestäuben.
400 kcal • 26 g EW • 29 g Fett • 6 g KH ✅ Schätzungen zufolge sind im KAKAO insgesamt etwa 300 verschiedene Inhaltsstoffe vorhanden. Er enthält viel Magnesium, Eisen sowie Kalium. Ihm wird eine blutdrucksenkende Wirkung nachgesagt. Denn Kakao enthält viele Flavanole, die sich positiv auf die Elastizität der Gefäße auswirken. Zudem ist Kakao eine gute Quelle für Vitamin D, ein wichtiger Stoff für den Knochenaufbau.

You need to work hard and long hours when taking your business to the next level, but hard work alone won’t get you there.
If you’re constantly running at full speed you will eventually tire out and never achieve what you set out to do.
The 🔑 is to have systems. Everyone I have ever worked with that is at a high level in their career has a system on what they know needs to get done on a daily and weekly basis.Their systems are often quite different and that is the cool and frustrating part.
The cool thing about it is that you can create a system that works for you as long as you know all the proper ratios and numbers for your business.
The frustrating part is you may be able to steal somebody’s else’s system but it might not fit into your personality and strengths and will not work for you.
One of the first systems I incorporated into my financial services practice was to set two new first appointments to meet with a new prospect daily, five days a week, and approach five people a week for referrals. I knew my numbers, and I knew if I did this I would hit my revenue goals for the year.
When you have a system that you know works it takes the anxiety out of your day to day life of knowing if you’re going to achieve your larger goal.
I challenge you to work with a mentor in your industry first thing on Monday and come up with a system that’ll work for you. It’s time to put more certainty and predictably into your business.
