Hit a pr today! Most I’ve ever front squatted was 335 but today I hit 350 with a cambered bar with a slight pause (was supposed to be 2sec). I feel like I definitely had more in the tank. Then my man tay in the background yelling.. maybe that was when he hit that 300lb stone! @bigtay_ . Then @louisvillestrongman knows what he’s doing hitting numbers in the gym that I wouldn’t have imagined hitting as soon as I am and also making me feel stronger/healthier than ever. Took first place out of 6 at my very first Highland games! I decided a couple weeks ago that I was gonna give it a shot and entered. I was originally going to do Novice but ended up in C Class. Thanks @irish_thrower for the help before going.

In honor of the man's @papabearrogers first seminar, here's a headband and sumo PR of 545lbs. Felt good and smooth once i broke the floor. Back and hips feel great. Cant wait for more. This is a 20lb sumo PR and just 5lbs shy of my all time PR.
These moved a little meh but it’s all good. 350lbs for 6 doubles. First and last shown. I’m just not a good sleeved squatter 🤷🏼♂️ would like to hit 405 for 5 one day....that’d be cool. @squat2depth_apparel .

Been running around like crazy today, I’ve been cleaning literally everything in my sight. For some reason when I get stressed out by mind thinks cleaning everything will make me feel better? Idk but I’m running with it lol. Also first day that bench wasn’t painful, definitely uncomfortable but I’ll take that over pain lol

347lb 3rd attempt here. Moved like a 2nd attempt but was still a 6lb meet PR. I’ve never had a grinder on bench before at a meet 🤷🏼♂️. I always think I’m pushing my luck on 3rd attempts and it always moves so much better then I’m expecting. Might not be my next meet but my next big goal is to bench 400+ in competition! .
