WHAT. THE. FLUFF. 🤯👟
I specifically asked for fetch sneakers, not snow boots, hoomans! 😒❄️ Just teasing! 🙈 I tried on my new snow boots for the first time tonight & I wasn’t quite sure what to think!! 🤨 They felt SO weird at first, but then I realized they give me excellent traction on our slick floors & it was ZOOM CITY!! 🤪🏎 #zoomzoom
👱🏼♀️: I hope you enjoy the videos & laugh with us (not at) as Ivy acclimates to her boots. 🥾 I have zero self control & posted way too many, but Ivy was just too funny! 🤷🏼♀️😂🙈
In the past, many have asked why we have our dogs wear boots in the winter. ❄️ The primary reason is to protect their paws from the harsh chemicals that are used on sidewalks to melt the ice & snow. We also use boots to prevent snow from building up between their toes when we are out hiking or skiing. 🎿 I don’t know what it is about schnauzer hair, but boots are about the only thing that works for us to prevent the build up. 🤷🏼♀️ I guess what I’m trying to say is we aren’t making Ivy Beans wear booties just to laugh at her, although it is pretty comical to watch her adjust to them for the first time. They are functional tools to keep her feet healthy & happy as we enjoy time in the great outdoors together! 🖤
Measured port length, port volume, throat size, etc. Now we know the CSA, cross sectional area, so after we get the cfm readings from the flowbench we can calculate the airspeed in feet per second. The flowbench program can of course do this automatically.
Now we have a real starting point.
Upwards and onwards!
Oh yea....since I didn't have the correct bore plate for this particular engine, I made one. Stock 1.6 Miata has a 3.07 bore, this is 3.10 inches. Just like .030 over pistons! It does make a difference, especially multivalve heads. I can easily nudge the head over a bit and unshroud the intake valves and get better numbers, but that's not realistic.
