  • Sometimes you just have to take a few seconds to breathe it all in. Especially when you get a little piece of the mountains all to yourself. Photo by @ericshio | #explorealberta

  • What’s on the agenda for the weekend? Maybe you’re hitting up the @sledisland block party in Inglewood, or a self guided brewery tour in the Barley Belt. Whatever it is, make it a good one. Photo by @matt.j.ortz | #explorealberta

  • Happy National Indigenous Peoples Day! Today is a day to recognize and celebrate the cultures and contributions of the First Nations, Inuit and Métis Indigenous peoples in Canada. Although these groups share many similarities, they each have their own distinct heritage, language, cultural practices and spiritual beliefs. Photo by @ardash | #explorealberta

  • If you know Calgary, you know to bring shorts, sunscreen, a sweater, a toque and gloves. If you don’t know Calgary, bring shorts, sunscreen, a sweater, a toque and gloves. Mother Nature likes to keep you on your toes here. Photo by @mikemaciaszek | #explorealberta

  • The High Level Bridge is a massive steel trestle railroad bridge (1,624m long and 96m high, to be exact) that soars above the Oldman River in Lethbridge. This bridge is the largest of its type in the world, and if you’ve seen it in person you know that this monstrous structure is nearly impossible to miss! Photo by @jeffhinman88 | #explorealberta
